Namaste sir, Mera transmission line Ka job hai jiski wajah se main 30 feet ki height se gir gaya tha aur mere right leg mein fracture aur spine mein L2 L5 fracture aur dislocate ho Gaya tha. Sir surgery ko 5 months ho chuke hain kya main phirse 90 feet height pe 15 kg wajan ke saath chadh sakta hoon. Surgeon ne normal activities ke liye abhi fit kiya hai.

My daughter had a Posterior decompression and Spinal fusion surgery L5-S1 for pars fracture (Grade 1lytic spondylolisthesis ) 8 months ago. Then first 2 months she was fine. But from then on her back pain and leg pain started again. Last month, the doctor re-examined her, ordered for x ray, MRI and said that there was nothing wrong with the operation. But despite the passage of eight months, her pain is not diminishing. The doctor advised her to cycle , dance, swim, lift weights and she has to do Surya Namaskar exercise 50 times a day. The doctor told that If these are followed, the pain will decrease, otherwise it will not decrease. But she is not going to be able to do these things because she is suffering so much for back and leg pain all day long. She is not able to stand and sit for long time. Is it permissible to cycling, dancing, weightlifting, jumping, swimming and 12 steps of surya namaskar everyday after 8 months of spinal fusion and decompression of child? She has severe pain till now although all X Ray and MRI reports are ok. I would be benefited if someone gave me advice in this situation.

Sir after spine surgery kitne time baad screws ko remove karna chahiye and jo screws ke removing procedure risky hota hai and kitna time lag jaata hai screws remove karne mei and one more thing after removing screws from spine is it painful or not as after spinal fusion

It is adviced to everyone not to go for surgery of any part of spinal card because most of the cases i mean 98% of patients are not recovered after surgery and they get the same problem as they had before and with other problems. Actually we don't have pain for certain period after surgery and we become glad , we don't know the relief because of the tablets we taking.Surgery is not advisable but exercises, food, right posture, food and precautions to take not lift some weight which was handling before. Doctors are escapists but we need to be right to justify.

Sir please reply my mother got spine surgery at indian spine hospital vasant kunj delhi after surgery dr ne bataya ki bladder size badd gayaa hai ab hume daily 3time cic karna padtha hai urine pass karne bhi jate hai khud dr ne3month ki medecine di hai unki surgery 5oct ko hui pahele 700ml ata tha ab 400ml tak aa gaya hai kya yeh problem thik ho gayegi my mother is 74yr old please reply

mere spine me D3 & L12 mein discompression ho gyi thii....maine bed rest kiya ....medicne liii...or aaj.mujhe 5 month ho gye hai...mujhe abhi bhi maxximum 5 ghnte uthna baithna us ke baad pain hota hai back.mein or bed pe rest krnw pe thik ho jata hai....samj mein nahi aa raha surgury hi krwa loon ya fr wait kru....bcz 70% recover ho gya hoon i thnk....legs mein aaj bhi halki weakness hai....bhagwan kre spine ki problem kisi ko na ho....🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir, myslf 77 yrs old has recently gone through spine fusion surgery L3-L4-L5-S1 on 14th of Dec 2023.I had been discharged next day evening.I had been recommended Shel cal 500mg tab twice daily for three months along with Bonista injection 20mcg daily for 1 and half years.Sir, I am already taking this injection but some side effects like thigh muscle cramps and knee joint stiffness have developed which is creating a hindrance in walking. pl suggest is this injection essential or if it is to be taken at all then what will be the minimum period ? Will it be suffice for three months as long as I am taking shelcal?

sir I underwent surgery at Naruvi hospital vellor, TLIF on 18/1/23.After 7/8 days of surgery my left hip pain started again I can't walk/stand, I told doctor he said everything is fine after doing MRI and X-ray.
