Ay no, perdòn, no puedo comer cerdos pequeños. Ni la Birria que hago es de cabrito, es con Chivo de edad 2 años y lo "marinate"(se me olvido la palabra, lol). Anywho, we marinate our young adult "Chivo" n it comes out so very tender. Plus, we feed our selected Goat more herbs, fruit, veggies & that truly makes a difference. Its not as pungent as a grass/hay fed goat. Y haci nos encanta. Tambièn con el "Cochi", lo preparara igual. Gracias por sus recetas y su persona. Bendiciones...."Isa"
