So is the London Boulangerie diploma program different from that of Paris'?? London's seems to focus more on gastronomy, which I want to learn.

Does the school offer job placement assistance for everyone who obtains a pastry degree?

While our teaching team and international alumni network can and do assist with job placement (85% employment rate for new graduates), for the most comprehensive support and placement assistance we offer an Internship Pathway add-on. This includes extra classes throughout the initial studies which help prepare you for interviews and job applications when entering the industry, followed by a 3-month internship placement based either in the UK or internationally. We have a vast range of industry partners including 5* hotels, fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, and we are always adding further partners. Previously, we have placed students at luxury hotels such as The Savoy, Shangri La and Gleneagles, and restaurants such as The Fat Duck, Berners Tavern, Bibendum, Ladurée, Oblix and Belmond Le Manoir aux quat’Saisons. Le Cordon Bleu London does not generally offer scholarships, however we do offer one student a place each year as part of a Scholarship competition. More details about this years scholarship can be found here: www.cordonbleu.edu/125anniversary/en
