@@RainbowPlantLife Decades ago nobody wanted to eat "spider crab". Then someone changed the name to "King Crab" and the rest is history.

Oh, wow, have to try this! Your sauce is basically muhammara, which I LOVE. Breadcrumbs, walnuts, red pepper, sauteed onion - the spices are a bit different: cumin and aleppo pepper, which gives it that smoky flavor with very subtle heat. I make it a lot but just use it as a dip for pita bread like hummus. Never thought of using it in a pasta salad, but that looks absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

i’ve never tasted a romesco sauce but the ingredients of it remind me of the (syrian) muhammara dip which is divine, i must try this asap! thank you for the recipe

I love any pasta salad because pasta itself is an ultimate comfort food and even the basic one is amazing - filling but still refreshing because of the crunchy veg. But you really took it up a notch with this recipe! Deliciously satisfying, simple yet creative and most importantly packed with flavour and different textures! This needs to be the next pasta dish I make since the heat doesn't seems to be subsiding. . Anyways, thank you for another fantastic recipe! Have a wonderful rest of the week!

I’ve made this soooo many times yet, since Claire Saffitz made this for Bon Appetit several years ago. It is my favourite pasta salad ever. Romesco sauce is the best!

I have never really been a fan of pasta salad because they're either undercooked or stodgy or way too vinegary. But this looks amazing!! So many of my fav ingredients and so fresh. I think you may have just convinced me to try one again!!

Nisha, this pasta salad looks so good. America's Test Kitchen made a pasta salad that had a thick sauce similar to this that used pepperoncini peppers, but it looked too spicy for me. I can't wait to try this. Thanks for your hard work!

love the little bloopers that you kept in, definitely makes the videos show even more of your quirky side. would this also be a recipe where we can use the preserved lemons instead of adding the lemon zest? I made them and they are great but apart from making pasta al olio e limone, I never know what to do with them :D

Made this for a picnic and it was great! Of course I forgot to save the pasta water. I was also making hummus so I just used the chickpea water and it worked fine.

Looks SO good!!! Also reminds me of muhamarra which is probably my favorite dip!!! One time I tried to make up my own pasta salad recipe using LOTS of roasted garlic to make a creamy sauce. It was good but I think that you could probably make a better version of it if that interested you! 💜
