In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

An Addition right from the "frontline" : 1. Find the REAL cause of the problem 2. Help the body eradicate the problem 3. Help the patient to regenerate 4. Cure all co-morbidities 5. Repeat with the next patient

Where is the evidence that rice consumption is the cause of rising diabetes in Japan? As they adopt a more western diet it could be other things and particularly it could be meat and dairy consumption.
