An interesting trend finds young American men traveling to other countries to find women to date or marry, because they have deemed American women unfit for either of these scenarios.
This video examines the possible difficulties involved in such an endeavor.

Taking a 20 minute taxi ride is less than a dollar food shopping for my entire family is about $120 a week. Water is about $20 a month. Private hospital visit is about $25 on average dental visit is about $20. Private school is $100 a month. Yes you are not there to change anything in the Philippines you’re there to enjoy and go along with the culture and be respectful the biggest problem I see is when you go to the supermarket, the wait is usually long

Yes, some things are not convenient to get me personally. When I go to the Philippines, I bring my own seasoning for food I teach my housekeeper there how to cook American food for my four children and my wife also knows certain dishes

One thing I could say for myself and my children, we don’t like Filipino food too much. We will eat it once or twice a week, but my kids prefer American food as long as you have the seasoning, you can get everything else there to cook.

My friend why I look for a needle in the haystack you go somewhere and find a stack of needles nowhere is perfect as a man you just have to pick what makes him happy😊 because respect, peace tranquility, family is everything to a masculine productive man

Interesting. I thank you for your multiple comments, especially having lived there. First hand experience is always better than second hand information.

In the Philippines, there is no divorce. Divorce is illegal. When you’re married, you’re married for life if you cheat on your partner, whether it’s you or your wife he or she can press charges against you and the person you cheat with will get two years and six days in jail. Nobody wants to go to a Filipino jail. In most cases, a Filipino wife will never deprive her husband of sex.

My friend, I hate to tell you this yes, there are lots of poor people in the Philippines, but Philippines is pretty modern. Yes, the electricity goes out quite a bit in certain areas but there’s something called back up generator which most foreigners know enough to invest in it.

I’m aware. The video was rather broad in presentation. More of an observation of this current fad/fantasy that by going to a lesser economic country to scoop up a wife easy as can be, may not be such a simple feat.

The beaches are great. The resorts are amazing. The school system is good. When a foreigner gets sick he goes to the private hospital. There is no waiting they take you right in and take care of you.

It clearly has its upsides. Otherwise, expats and bachelors would not go there to live.

If a man decides to make the Philippines is home, he has to be retired. Have a remote job or owns a business.

That’s one discussion every man needs to have with his Filipino wife before he gets married. If they decide to help the family how much help are they going to give right from the beginning?

It’s funny about people when everything is gone right you never hear nothing it’s like a landlord with good tenants. He never have nothing to say the moment he has one bad tenant then everybody needs to know the guys that are complaining about the Philippines. It’s the guys that planned poorly. Get your passport and see for yourself. Don’t believe everything you watch in social media.

Let me explain something to you about the Philippines, so you understand once a woman gets married to a man in the Philippines she has no financial obligation to her family or obligation, becomes to her own family that she started

At face value, I would agree with your statements. I’m sure it is similar to America in that way. On the other hand, I have been married. When you marry, her family becomes your extended family. I have heard horror stories from men that were not prepared for such an outcome. They would likely have the same difficulties in America.

@@thetroublewiththat this is the side of the story when it comes to the Philippines, that you might not hear on social media the foreign men that come to the Philippines to look potential partners, especially the ones that they meet on Dating sites Most of them talk to 10 different women after they get to know them, they travel to the Philippines and they would spend a day or two with each girl nine times out of 10 went a foreign man go to the Philippines. That girl is going to have sex with him because they are hoping the man will not see anybody else and focus on them most of the men if not all they will go around and sleep with all the women, they have been talking to online and then they backtrack and try to find the girl who they feel. They want to be with these women are not stupid. They know what a lot of these men are doing and almost for certain the relationship will start out on a bad note they may not say anything because they’re looking for partners and they’re all competing with each other, my wife and kids we went to a really nice hotel because we like their breakfast I was outside and I noticed this one Florida man he keeps going from one hotel to the next that was across from each other. I finally said to him hey man what’s going on you keep going from one place to the next he has his fiancé in one hotel and his new girlfriend in the other, talk about a man that has no respect for women the key thing to any Filipina is security from her partner, some of these men which are usually older men if you notice that’s who you will see on social media with these big problems when it comes to money and the women there they think their gods when they come there, they will throw money around and act like they’re big shots instead of properly, vetted the woman and stop acting like they’re trying to buy her. A woman is a woman no matter where you go. They’re all the same. The only difference is upbringing discipline and the need to please their partners and cooperation, femininity beauty and fitness that separates them from western women and then you have the other bunch of idiots that will send money before they even meet the girl. Some of them will go as far as sending money to build a house.😂😂😂 and then, when they get there, they realized they were scammed I tell any man that’s looking for a good partner in the Philippines make sure the girl has a job or she’s in college make sure she’s at least 25 years old and is responsible take the time to know her take the time to know the family and know what you’re up against don’t act like a big shot and you are rich these women will take advantage of you they are women stick to one partner get to know her if there’s things that is unexplainable, it’s very inexpensive to get a private investigator in the Philippines to do a background check and even surveillance on the woman you are about to invest in if she says she has no children because they will sometimes lie about that take your time ask the right questions be vigilant Filipino woman will not have respect for you just because you have money to them. They find it insulting when you throw money in their faces don’t feel sorry for them when bad things happen because a lot of time is their fault why they find themselves into those really bad situation with women there, women or women no matter where you go get to know the culture and even try to speak and understand even a little bit of the language foreign man must understand Filipino women from their very young they are taught by their mother, never to love a man 100% you have to let her understand that she can give her heart to you and you are the kind of man that will be there with her forever
