What's the pattern the players are following here? I get that A holds his position and B, C and D move but what is their pattern of movement? Correct me if I'm wrong but do they receive the initial pass on the outside, switch it to the opposite player, then receive it back to play a 1-2 with A but then what happens?

1:41 these guys are not using their insteps. they're using the side of their feet. the instep is more suitable for powerful shooting and long passes.

Have you heard about Teqball? The table for the ball sport could be used for improving technical skills.
