It was a miracle to land the crew in a safe place. No one wanted nature to happen. Everyone who helped the crew to safety was very high. The standards were really up to the mark. Thank you to all the staff.

One must appreciate the pilots who didn't lose their cool and manged the plane under the severe tuberlance .. good luck to all passengers and cabin crew.

Did pilot warned passengers when he realised turbulence?

Imagine going on a next flight so soon after going through a traumatizing turbulence event that killed someone on the previous flight you were on. It would probably take me a while to recover before I can board another flight.

I don’t think it’s right to press people for an interview like you did. They are likely still shell shocked and not in the mood to talk right away about it. Some might have had injured family members or be wanting to see their family, I can imagine how they must be feeling and if I was in their shoes, I wouldn’t want to speak to interviewers about it.

One death and 7 critically injured. This means some could still die from their injuries. I'm sure some of them broke their necks hitting the ceiling.. What a nightmare in the sky for those poor passengers.

The Turbulence was not able to cause serious head injuries if the crew ensured passengers all strapped in. The plane totally could handle the turbulence as proven. Many passengers may not really understans the risks of turbulence as much as airlines do
