HAPPY JOLLY-DAYS CONNIE !!! ❤ Cuz you make so many excellent non-dairy cheeses, you seem to be the perfect person to ask this very delicate question (in ALL seriousness): does non-dairy cheese "bind" people (as in, are they constipating) in the same way that dairy cheeses so often do ???

Please don't apologise for monetising your channel! KZread is a job like any other. So many viewers are totally oblivious to the large amount of work that goes in to being a content creator - planning, filming and post production, in addition to running costs and equipment and then admin and social management. People also wildly overestimate how much the ads pay. The same people watching your content for free and criticising surely are not working for free... Sell your recipes. You deserve to be rewarded for your wonderful work and and the love you spread. ❤️

Connie, you and Gaz Oakley have been my constant in my new regimen, a vegan lifestyle. I'm hoping you will eventually put out a cookbook-I will gladly pay for any recipe I deem worthy of eating. (*If you need a typist - I'm available and for free too.) I believe in all your trials and errors in helping us when creating new and improved recipes. I can't believe the selfishness of some people. It disturbs me that in these last 3 decades-the majority of the world has become "the throw-away" society. I was incensed by the person who was questioning,"why pay for your recipe"!!! I ask, when you eat at a restaurant, do you eat for free? No, you're paying for someone's recipe. HAPPY CHRISTMAS, CONNIE. The best of health to you and your family.

It's really strange. People are upset about ads on their social media, give bad reviews on games because it's too hard to play the free version, but someone is working to create those media platforms and those games. Should they not be paid for their effort? In any way? Of course they should!

Aaaah! I'm going to make this, but for some reason we do not get lupin beans in China. I'm going to try regular white beans or chick pea flour. I've heard great things about lupin beans, bet it tastes amazing!

funny I have the rejuvilac in the fridge but I hate sour crout and don't have that. can I sub something for that? we have miso and potato flakes, can I just use liquid without the sour crout?

I didn’t know you could age rejuvelac! How would I do that? Just leaving the rejuvelac I make in a bottle and setting it outside of the fridge?

after done in the fridge and the longer u keep it the more it ages :D it should smell good not a chemical smell
