It’s so refreshing to see a real Jeep guy do one of these videos. So many gals tape everything off and paint match everything. You def have been around the block clocked and it’s awesome. Great job with all the videos for this project!

Another great install with some good tips. Love MetalCloak products, the fenders and liners are my next order to MC. Still waiting for some decent weather here in Ontario, Canada to put on my MC bumpers, tire carrier and finish my MC suspension with the control arms.

In a pinch, spray paint the end of a Q-tip and touch up with that.

Oh... I ended up selling those and went with these metalcloaks that were designed to fit the fenders. You can probably make the exact same modification I did to get those Auxmarts to fit around the snorkel. I just decided it wasn't worth cutting them up if I was going to switch them out.... Sorry about that. It was a last minute decision to change directions.

Hey CPO, so why change flares twice? Do you end up with a lot of extra holes? For me it would be cost. Love the metal cloak products.

I don't get it. MC has flares for the JK not fenders. The other Wranglers (TJ/YJ), MCs has front fenders with integral flares and just flares for the rear. JKs don't get their front fenders replaced with another format of a fender.

Michael Moran interesting... I never really thought about it before... But it kinda makes sense. The JK fender is much more integrated in the JK... So even just changing the thickness of the metal would mess up all kinds of stuff. Probably no point making new fenders if they have to be the same tin can thickness!

I like the fenders... I always like your videos because you provide good tips. What are you doing with your old fenders? If you don't need them I take them off your hands ($$) of course. :) holler at me.

Did you use a grinder to cut the fender support bracket? I have a dremel oscillating tool and not sure if that would cut it.

Ok. Later in the video. You say it's just a clamp. Thought it was some sort of drill stabilizer.

SWBCrawler yeah it's kind of funny the angle of the camera makes it looks like it's somewhat associated with the drill but it's just a clamp next to the drill. It's a cheap $3 Harbor Freight clamp. Love those things!
