It was soooo gooood with the sauce. I looked it up on Google and it's 1/4 cup wine, 2 shallots, and 2 tbs of lemon. Bring to a boil and stir for 3 mins. Then add 2 tbs of heavy cream. Stir for 1 min. Reduce the heat to medium low and add 4-8 tbs of butter & whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste and strain shallots out. Voila!

Cuz it's science sh! Even Witches and Alchemists were trying to decipher the strangeness of our world! But reality can be tricky, when one sticks to the rules all the time! That may very well be the shortcoming of formulating an partially invalid rule to begin with! (Whereas not the length but enough respect would be the pillar of said rule and karma arises in discrepancy of reality and opinion! But as far as people handle karma themselves, she can be a real bitch apart from any truths! )

I love this! I can use my fresh pollock, I fish for English chip shop fish so we get lovely chunky fillets, I never imagined a tomato sauce and cheese style fillet though. I may try to create that In a chip shop batter so you get your sauce and cheese inside the fish batter

You need to do more hotsauce tests. I really enjoy the videos, and I think KZread Algorithm wise they're better for your channel, as I literally get videos from a year ago pop up, but have to look up your more recent ones. I've seen the collection on top of your cupboards and I've definitely not seen you try them all. Might want to do one a day, should help boost your channel.

@@jamesdriscoll_tmp1515 this is true that's why British or American cooking is basically Sal and pepper etc. If you look at Asian cooking they still use salt but it comes from soy sauce most of the time. It's about balancing tastes and starting With fresh product no amound if seasoning can make bad meat tatse good
But why fry it? Sauteed or grilled fish is always better.
just kind of skipped over the best part that lemon beurre blanc. I bet you can pour that stuff over a dirty work boot and it would still be delicious.
