Its time for another Parkrun, this time at the 100th Parkrun at Southall!
I will trying to stay with the leader for as long as possible, no matter what pace they set out at! There's a good chance this is going to HURT!

okay this was hilarious and traumatic in equal measure! :) How you stayed with him for so long I do not know but I wonder if he kept speeding up to try and shake you off? And running into that bush? I was like "no Jody, you're not going to make that gap"... "oh, ouch". :) And the smack talk from finisher 3? fabulous, you showed him huh!! Keep 'em coming.

Yeah, from our lil chat afterwards he was planning a far easier run but things got competitive! 100% rapid surges to bin me off - worked eventually! My special awareness has never been my strong suit hahaha. Made for an entertaining video though, glad you enjoyed!

Hello, thanks for watching, appreciate it! I am 6ft 1 and 74 KG currently, I think I'll probably drop to about 72KG over the next month as I start marathon training for April! Hope your running is going well :)

Thanks! Use the Insta360go3, there was an update last month enabling the importing of Garmin and apple data into your video footage with the click of a few buttons, works great!

@@CrownMyRun I fully understand, I’ll do it simply to add a bit of fun to proceedings, I’ll more than likely blow up after 1-2k at that pace you were chasing. Another good one is to start right at the back, slowly working your way through the field and trying to finish sub 20, it’s great fun. Rickmansworth parkrun is a good one to do that at, 400-500 runners.
