I thought this scenario was actually a little difficult because all the rain makes it hard to turn a profit sometimes. I had to restart in order to hit all of the goals. Also two Silvarret Parkitect videos in one month? Hype!!!

Funny thing is, that I first struggled with this scenario as well, but the Ghost Train turned it around. With a good, weatherproof high rated ghost train, I made a fortune and got to 250 guests, which gave me 8000 to repay a loan. From then on... it worked. :-)

Silv was reading the scenario description at the start and all I could think 'He is totally underestimating this, isn't he?' xD Love the big gothic church and the coaster layouts. Really liked the powered coaster's sweeping turns along the hill side, with the path going down under it. Awesome series, now for an awesome DLC series!

I've been looking forward to this for ages! Great work as always. Looking forward to the DLC scenarios, I love seeing your interpretation of each map.

Great Vid, always love the decorations and styling, excited to see how you do with the Taste of adventure DLC. I found lots of the scenarios quite difficult especially getting gold!

This scenario was so frustrating. The guests are hard to please, too many vandals coming in, the rain keeps on ruining everything. I got impatient and put floating flat roof pieces on top of all of my coasters to make it rain proof. I managed to finish the scenario by year 2 at the cost of making my park visually ugly. Haha...

If you willing to use cash cow coaster, it'll be a walk in a park. I put 2 cash cow coasters (steel coaster with boomerang layout) under the hill that he puts powered coaster in. Then boom, profit of at least 4,000 a month whether its rain or not. Then use said profit to build rest of the park.

@@punnboat9817 I actually did that. Haha. But did not put it underground because I have rides there already. That's why I placed the flat roof pieces overhead instead and finished before the end of year 2. I shouldn't have rushed things because I later found out that we have until year 5 to finish it. *facepalm*

Hey Silv, gotta say this is my fave of your series. Found you through koali park, but love these, long form, short form. Just enjoy hearing your enthusiasm for coasters and see your skill in building, please keep it up!

Love watching your Parkitect videos, gives alot of inspiration and motivation to replay the scenarios without completing them within the time limit. Can't wait for the DLC!

Holy crap, man, your theme park gives me the creeps. I'd love to visit something like that in real life. Do any entirely horror-themed theme parks exist out there? Also, cool that you were playing Earthbound back then, it's great! Zalgonia was way easier than I expected, to be honest. Still quite fun, I made a "crucified skeleton" macro that I spammed almost everywhere. My method consisted of the Marcel Vos approach: spam benches, lamps and trash cans everywhere, cram tons of decoration items just to drive the decoration rating up, get a short but high excitement coaster going right from the get-go, and try to keep paths as short as possible. Also, I started the scenario by researching shops so I could get a drink shop to replace all vending machines.

Always look forward to the videos, and great commentary! Really excited to see what you do with the DLC campaign.

It was wonderful watching this playthrough and seeing your skills expand of how you've worked with the pieces to create such inspiring builds. Looking forwards to what's on the other side in Taste of Adventure!

Seeing Silv so ready to cut himself off from further expansion with massive buildings and spanning-the-entire-map coasters is so bewildering. "Oops, guys, it looks like I ran out of space on one of the largest scenarios after three coasters. Guess I'll build underground now." That Yucatán Ridge map is *tiny* and I look forward to seeing how many rides he can fit in there.

I'd consider it, but not thinking about it before I finish the Adventure series - given how much work/time it took to get through the base game!

Congrats on finishing the campaign! I've been following along and have been wowed every time. Now I've gotta go do the DLC campaign before you start playing it so I won't be spoiled. Also hoping to see you do a big (BIG) sandbox park in Parkitect one of these days. I enjoyed the early access park videos and would love to see what you would do now that the game is complete.

Cant wait for the next series, I already know it will be awesome.

Another great scenario park where you beat yourself up with a toothpick and somehow make it hurt haha. Silv, this is another fantastic park and if I were to suddenly become a billionaire, you would be on the top of my list to help build an amusement park.

This park is basically Alton Towers in a permanent Scarefest, so all the peeps getting tired and not wanting to walk up and down stairs is such a fat mood.

The looping coaster’s station might be the 2012, 2015 version. One of the early 2010’s ones was a flat rectangle shape. I think it had a stained glass window.

Looking at lego sets for inspiration is genius! I'm gonna steal that idea for some of my minecraft builds

Really enjoyed this episode! Similarly, the idea of not buying houses where people commited suicide and where people died in is also quite common in Hong Kong and many other Asian countries too!

I know in real parks indoor rollercoasters are dark rides. But in this game you can just make a glass building. I am sure you will make a great looking park with some giant glass cubes. Give them a facade on the front and some theming inside.

I think a wild mouse coaster would make a good haunted house style covered coaster

If there would be glass, you could make a "indoor" coaster like a tube. That would be cool looking and you get the benefit from having a roof.

Seriously enjoy your Parkitect vids. I'm just really into theme park and coaster games and Parkitect is the only one I can find so far to run on Linux.

I think it would be really cool if you made one final episode where you go through all of the scenerios to see how you've improved over time. In that video you could use a mod to show a POV of all the coasters. I know you haven't done that yet because you want to keep this playthrough vanilla, but since this would be a seperate video I still think it could be a cool idea.

Weather for me over the course of a few weeks; low 80 degrees down to low 30s and early snow. I'd prefer the dark skies and rain you're getting any time over this!

Re: indoor coasters: does the game actually check if something is 'indoors' or just if it's under a roof? You might be able to get away with a more open structure that still covers the coaster so you can look at it from the sides, or perhaps have several discrete buildings the coaster goes through with covered passages between them.

Right, it only checks for a roof above the coaster. I suppose a completely indoor coaster is the most realistic solution for that I guess - but I have to admit, I don't know what it does for half indoor/half outdoor coasters.

Mostly because of the color scheme The cathedral you built reminds me a bit of Le Cathedral Nôtre-Dame-de-L’Assomption in Clermont-Ferrand which is noteworthy because the whole thing is made of black lava rock

I did have to do it more than 10 times but I did it with golden stars in the end. Completing all scenarios on gold

This game works with block brakes, so you can't get trains crash into each other ? I don't think so, even block brakes can fail in this game, so it might crash sometimes. Also thought, it can't, and then it suddenly just did :D never happend again, but still interessting, that it could happen sometimes. Sadly it has no real effect, so guest just ignore the fact, the player just reopened it after a crash.

U should try the planet coaster career mode

just use loans to avoid going bankrupt... you don't actually have to make a profit, just get out of the red; so wait to take a loan until the bar is like 3/4 to losing then take a small loan and build a good coaster... if it doesn't work take a larger loan and use it to pay the smaller loan and repeat until you can make money. this map was a little annoying cuz it kept raining when I was about to win and people would leave >.>
