I lived in an apartment in Irving, Texas where we had covered parking and assigned spots. I was told when I moved in that if I came home and someone was in my spot, call the tow truck - number on the signs all over the property. It happened one time and I did not call. I parked around the corner in the non-covered parking they had for guests and extra vehicles. I found the guy the next day who had parked in my spot and asked him not to do that again. I explained the assigned spots, he was a new resident. He asked why I didn't just park in one of the other covered spots. I said if I did that, whoever rents that spot would probably have me towed because I was too nice to have you towed. I was as polite about it as I could be and he was still grumpy. He never parked there again though. I would have had him towed instantly if I saw his car in my spot again. that is one of the biggest parking problems living in apartments, visitors don't like to park in visitor parking. Had someone tell me they can park in my spot once and would not move I had a big heavy truck and pulled out a chain and said move it or I will they called the police and got told they had to move off the property because it was not the first time and to quit bothering residents.

Good on you for your patience, but people need to learn those are put there for a reason. What if there was an emergency in one of those units wherein an EMS crew and gurney had to get in? Yep, that's another time when those cut-outs come in handy as they can get the gurney in and out faster; thus, possibly, saving a life.

@@troykruse5161I went to the V once to renew my license. There were 5 Spanish speaking people there with a translator telling them what answers to give! I’ve seen truck drivers from Yugoslavia and other Countries of the Eastern area that didn’t speak English and would hand me a piece of paper with trailer numbers, or invoice numbers because they didn’t speak English

You are always polite, thanks for setting the example.
Yes another video you made my day . Keep up the awesome work Johnny have a great day
Conversational Spanish for tow truck drivers: “Cien dolares. ¿Sí o no?” “Adiós”
I totally understand her situation. So does Johnny. It is the fault of the complex not towing others who do wrong! Johnny you do such a good job being respectful and calm. Have an awesome weekend you deserve it! ✌

I totally don't understand her situation. Whether others break the rules is up to them and eventually like her they'll find karma can be a bitch. To add to the aforementioned - if someone robs a bank and they don't get caught - is it then OK for others to try and hope for the same outcome? Someone parks in a disabled bay without the placard/disability and they don't get ticketed/towed - is it OK for others to try the same and hope they don't get ticketed/towed?
@TammyTT

@philhunt9297 They parked in her spot. They should allow the residents to call in the tows and it will stop almost immediately. Of course they need proof it is their assigned parking spot to show the tow truck driver.

@@TammyTT So someone parks in your spot...do you A - Park somewhere illegally B - Call security or similar C - Park somewhere where you're not obstructing anyone/anything and report it I think the majority of responsible people would choose B or C

@@philhunt9297 that makes more sense than your first comment. Because parking in a handicapped spot has nothing to do with this situation honestly. I have no patience for handicapped parking cheaters or in robbing banks.✌

Sounded like they did tow the other one and she didn’t move hers back to her spot before they came back for it. Whatever the case, she shouldn’t have parked there.

Well it aint ok for people who need that ramp! Be safe out there Johnny 🙏💙
I live in a condo with assigned parking. I went through the same issues when I first moved here. Initially I spent the time to look for the cars owners to move them. After awhile, I just got tired of knocking on doors so just called the tow company had them towed. Gee, no one parks in my spot anymore.
you are truly a nice guy, giving her time to understand and pay out.
Just went on break at work and got a notification from Johnny best lunch break ever 😊
Keep yank’n em Johnny!
Night towing - love the miner's head gear. You were very kind again. Keep yanking. Peace.
she understands every word you're saying johnny.

Wow johnny you are so patient I would have left a long time ago
Love seeing you pull in hot and yanking those dirty birds. Lol 😆 😊❤❤
God bless you, Johnny!
Most of your videos are made during the day when we see lots of parking spaces. I think this is the first one I have seen at night. What a difference. The place was packed with very little spaces available.
She knew!! Glad you stayed firm with her! Be safe!
About two times of telling her it's $100, I would have been rollin' out.
Keep up the great work, Johnny. She should have found another spot. Stay safe.
Johnny the Nighthawk ! Swoops in for the kill and GRABS the prey !!
You Sir have the patience of a Saint.
She understands! She’s just playing games.
Im glad you're patient!! Most tow drivers would have left after a few minutes. Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Keep grinding Mr Johnny….you are always 💯 with everyone….stay safe sir!!
Lady doesn't understand the drop fee. Johnny you do what you have to do.
Johnny you have the patience of a saint. Stay safe
I like a channel that tows no matter what. No excuses. The law in Georgia is a joke. People need to pay the whole fee by going to the yard to learn lessons about illegally parking

She should park it in the right space.
They know very well that they are doing wrong, but using your native language in a country that speaks a different language is rather stupid and very discourteous to those who live there, learn the language or go back to your home country you do not have any right to force your language upon anyone else
Gee: - Johnny patience of a saint. I would have left after 5 mins
Gave that lady alot of patience, thanks for the video
She knew better than to park there 😢
Stay safe Johnny, much love from Colorado!!!
Keep up the great work 👍
I worked security at an apartment complex that was mostly students and right next door was a club that could accommodate 200-300 people but not that many cars. Friday and Saturday I had probably 20-25 vehicles towed each night. I always stuck around in case they gave the two truck driver any trouble. There often was trouble and I enjoyed having to get between the driver and the douche bag.
that is one of the biggest parking problems living in apartments, visitors don't like to park in visitor parking. Had someone tell me they can park in my spot once and would not move I had a big heavy truck and pulled out a chain and said move it or I will they called the police and got told they had to move off the property because it was not the first time and to quit bothering residents.
#347 Rolling in Hot 🔥
Wow! Another of my pet peeves! Someone parking so as to block the cut-out access used by those using wheelchairs to get up a curb and onto a sidewalk.
U r the man cuz aint no way i would have spent that much time in that
Nice one, Johnny. Nice to get out in the evening when hopefully it is a little cooler.
