When you go there office to asked about possession and next balloting of overseas block they are pushing to convert it into other blocks. And still there are many file holders who paid full amount and still not get in balloting.

Ab J block mai hum ghar banane walon ko yeh fikar hai k ghar ban'ne k bad reh bhe nahe sakte hain.. kynke koi facility nahe hai J block mai..

You should have asked about J Block non developed area. When they are going to deliver it? It has been 1 year and still they have no land for it. Why they have to suffer.

J block main itne log ghar bana rhe hain hamara ghar bhe finishing stage pe hai.. par koi facility nahe hai.. na electricity ka proper connection hai

Plot investment ke lye khareede jaate hain. Society ka kaam possession dena ha. Ye buyer ki marzi ha ke wo Ghar bnaye ya trading kre. Aisi management ke hote hue pvc is the worst society.

First of all ye bakwas kar raha he ke over selling ni hue he. or me ne apni installments 4 Months pehle clear kar di hen overseas block ki and I did not get posession yet. me to kya jinhon ne one year ago payment clear ki hen un ko bi overseas block me posession ni mili. My experience was worst with PVC.

Sir did you know how many members cleared their all their dues? Sir initially 8000-10000 files sale ki then pvc nai overseas block mai. Last year juska ap reference dai rhy hain 600-800 members nai payment clear ki the society nai unko accomodate karna chaha tha. Wo accomodate ho jatay to baki k sab ka Allah hafiz hota phir. Abhe is waqat 6000-7000 files hain market mai. 3000 k around all dues clear hain. Maximum accomodate hn gy is posession mai.

This is a great vlog. Waqar bhai, you doing wounderful job. This vlog is answer to many questions for many people. Few things which are really -ve to this society and society should focus on this. First, there is no news about schools, hospitals and small masjids near to your each block. 2nd people like me who were unfortunate since begining, like, first I invested in J block and its location was changed and delayed then I invested in Golf and it is also delayed. Sir Very simple I booked a plot and society given me a payment plan I paid each and every installment on time to get my plot posession but society is failed to deliver 80 percent J block 100 percent overseas Block and other blocks so far society is continuously giving examples of A B and and H block hello hello count the number of plots in these blocks I have visited it's only few streets I dnt think it's more then 200 or 300 plots in all these blocks... Simple is those middle class and poor people who sold their jewellery house hold items even they didn't pay their children school fees on time but paid your all installments on time with the dream that one day they will have their own plot but the only answer society is giving to those people that ParkView Is brand we delivered A B C And H block we have good views sir overseas/ investors and end users need delivery they want their plot now

I brought 2 plots in overseas block 3 years fully paid at the time unfortunately still we overseas Pakistanis are waiting for broken promises by not investing further in any PVC. Im still waiting for map reveal and possession with work being so slow. By just talking is not enough we overseas are not stupid you haven't even delivered the first blocks and already talking about Golf estates and further blocks. Firstly stop changing the goal posts again and again deliver school, shopping, internet, park's, mosque etc. So delusional...so confused... PVC Stop lying start delivering.....
