Simple question how many files have been sold for overseas and golf estate and how many plots are available? Simple question. Somebody reckon 7000 files have been sold and only 2500 plots available

good to see management is considering clients concerns, why not ask the question about the size of 5 marla plot in overseas, they advertised with 26 50 so what will be the size ?

PVC has balloted some plots in OS already and few of them, i guess ~2000 have been allocated plot numbers (Check with your dealer). As PVC said before, people who cleared their dues in 2021/22 will be given possession this time.

In first balloting ~8000 members got their plots ballotted. Few of them were cancelled due to non-payment. Plot number is not the surety to get possession. Possession will be given on the basis of clearance of dues

Masjid mai thora nahi bht delay hwa hai. 7 saaal mai aik masjid na ban saki in se

showing land for around 2000 plot will not satisfy around 8000 clients having oversease block files .

I will never ever invest in park view again . This was last and final investment

V have no concern with down town dev.give focus on overseas,j block,so that most of the people want to start work on their homes

Why does ParkView take responsibility for communicating clearly to us timers as to status? How difficult is that? I would not buy phase 2…until they have co,pelted pause 1

ROI is negative, people purchased when GBP to PKR was around 220 and now its, 350. Just to breakeven, one need to have their investment appreciated by over 50% which isn't the case. Best to stay away from investing in Pakistan. If you need a house, rent it and invest in overseas, you and your money aren't safe these days in Pakistan. Stary away from Parkview
