Sounds like a positive long-term investor. No doubt the area is very beautiful. Let's hope PVC delivers to each and every investor
a pleasant person with so much optimism about the project.
Good interview & good personality, a common overseas don't have direct approach with Haleem Sahib same like the gentleman giving the interview. There is no doubt about the location of Park View city, it's really a wonderful project with different aspects of living standard. Also the cost of plots & others residential, commercial units is reasonable as per standard of development & location. Every one overseas is expecting the same treatment/take care same as the man, who is interviewed. Hope for the Best

Aoa. PVC has contacted me for the allotment letter in the overseas block. Please clearify allotment letter means possession or i will not get the possession?

All members of overseas block will get allottment letters
Location is good but delivery is extremely delayed which resulted in Park View credibility nose dived. Pakistan is haven for few rich at the cost of 95% of Pakistanis.
I completed my instalments in 2023 for overseas block. no clue if I will get mine though. The gentleman is a bit too optimistic

50 lakh on 220 rate is £22700. Now just to recover your money you need to sell this plot of £22700 X 350 = 80 lakh roughly. The price there is not even 55 lakh at the moment, so you are making a loss of 25 lakh. Pakistan is not investable at all, if you want to burn your money, buy plots in Pakistan.

Unfortunately this case applied to each and every investment in pakistan for overseas. There are some cases where your loss is much more than your initial investment in PKR

If we applied this equation then park view did delay in your favour. If you construct your house in 2021 with 80 lac total cost at pound conversion of Rs 156. It costs you around 51000 GBP. If you construct now at 11,000,000 at Rs-350 it costs you around 31000 GBP, which results in a net gain of 30,000 GBP. Mathematically🤣

What if someone was hoping to invest, wanted to buy and sell for profit later. They are in loss at all times in current Pakistan situation

Agreed. But its not about the investment in pvc. If you invested from overseas in pakistan. You will face the same issue of currency devaluation.
Hahaha, this uncle is too much and look scheming. I think he's also a real estate dealer. Many of us overseas investors are boycotting further investments in Parkview because they are a group of liars and have not adhered to the payment plan commitments. They have failed to deliver full possession in J Block. Similarly, people started buying in the Overseas Block at the end of 2019. As of May, they still don't have possession. Now, they are going to give possession to only 1,200 to 1,500 members out of 7,000 members. To date, there is no designated location for the Golf Estate Block, and they are forcing people to merge into the Overseas Block without any possession. Although Golf Estate members paid 1.5 million extra when the Overseas Block cost 8 million, the society still has no answers and doesn't know how to compensate the members without any priority possessions, who paid the extra 1.5 million to shift from Golf Estate to the Overseas Block.
