The wood front door caught my eye immediately and then the wood spread throughout, very impressive. This house goes on forever, I like the fact that Utah likes basements as much as I do.

Exquisite. I love the wood and stone. It gives the house such a calm vibe. Love the master bathroom, I think it's my dream bathroom.

I like the home. I would have done some things differently but overall it's beautiful. Utah is one state I have not been to yet. From your video's, it oops amazing.

Who in their right mind would by that much money to have most bedrooms in basement without any views? Who wants to pay almost 2mln to stare brick walls?

I would never pay that much money for that house, very basic home, no extra as the TOLL homes, those are magnificent

I think this space is beautiful and I'm sure it'd look much better once it's staged but I do agree with you that in comparison to the Toll homes, it felt like you got twice as much for half the price; both aesthetically and otherwise. I wonder what factors contribute to the difference...

Interior of the house is looking small for a almost 6000 square foot place the master bath is small for a house that big, and the kitchen needs a upgrade

I totally agree about the master bath. I thought the master bedroom seemed small for that size of a house too

For almost 2 million dollars, that crazy, I never will pay this amount of money this this basic house. In LA for thisamount of money you get little more and pretty mini-mansion.
