That *suite (!) - a soft yellow *jewel box/ cocoon. Your 7AM "meal" almost makes me cry - QUALITY of the food, presentation (the butter options and constructions blow me away)- it's the stuff of dreams. Your pastry table back at the "V" (post Ducasse) - REMARKABLE, delectable, considered, *fantastical! (You should know I'm pausing video constantly to comment to you). LOVED that piano stationed in the middle of the walkway like that - loved his music (what a town!) , beautiful, clear weather. Some of the stuff so marvelous in this video, Alexis, it moved me. I start responding to your comment while watching "The cold light of day" a so so movie but made perfect by Henry Cavill. And you write so delightfully that I stop staring at his face long enough to go wow I like it, imagine that! Now that's remarkable haha...I am so lucky to have so many amazing, charming writers gracing my channel - present company included of course. And so, sometimes, when the going gets tough, the tough (me) get reread the comments hahahaha! Still trying to figure out what you do that takes you over there so much. cute restaurant at the end Sometimes those can be the BEST places to discover. My favorite Christmases are those I spend at the Hotel George V, Paris. I even have a favorite suite, that overlooking a courtyard with the Tour Eiffel shining away in the evenings before midnight. I'm grateful to staff for always remembering it. I invite my Parisian friends to dine with me for the buffet breakfast at La Galerie, and when we're tired and have not selected another of our favorite restaurants in town, we enjoy dining together in-hotel at Le Cinq or upon Mediterranean fare proffered by the newer Le George. Four Seasons is good to have designated me a VIP Guest from the US,, and when not in Paris it's a joy to have savored its properties around the world -- Singapore, St. Petersburg (Russia), Bangkok, Sydney, Bora Bora, The Beverly Wilshire, London Park Lane, Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans and several others. Thank you, Alexis, for featuring hotels and resorts operated by this smashing company.Your reports are as elegant as its accommodations! All best wishes to you.

I've been waiting so long to go to Paris again with Alexis, but it was well worth the wait. I thought I was on the wrong channel at first, with the deer frolicking through the countryside. What a lovely introduction. The Parisiens certainly know how to relax and soak up their surroundings. You found the perfect place for dinner as well with the beef bourginon and creme brulee.Just what I would have chosen. Thanks for sharing. ❤

I also love that you totally nailed it - everything about nature that day captured my heart... the vast expanse of the hills...lush green all around... and then there's the deer, literally just too blissful! I had to postpone until May, hence the long wait. Purple cauliflower is a hybrid variety, totally natural - less common than white cauliflower but it's around - I've had it and love it every time! I had Alain Ducasse chocolate as Hotel de Paris welcome gift (see video Monaco Hotel de Paris Corner Suite 2023) and instantly hooked - it's easily the best by far. Too bad their website indicates international deliveries temporarily suspended...wonder why?!! and I'm not sure when I'll be back to Paris 🥲 Can't wait for more of your videos! P.S. Btw, just receive the company's reply to my email... turns out the reason is due to high temperatures, delivery therefore will resume early October 😍

Where do I start? Lay flat seats are essential in my book for overnight flights especially from the west coast. I’m usually not jet lagged. Your Chanel square classic single flap is gorgeous. I loved seeing all of the details of the beautiful suite. Views were really nice. That honey butter looked luscious! The afternoon tea is a must. I believe the pianist was playing “Coming Home” by Martino Vergnaghi. 🌹

So happy for you that jetlag can't get to you...tough lady. Business class seats sure lay flat, but I get too excited to relax and don't take sleeping pills - that double whammy haha - hence 2 hours of shut eye. 6:53 Hi Alexis! Wonderful video as always. Looks like you were in the Premier Category for this stay. Any chance you recall your room number? I usually stay in 327, also a premier, but no terrace which would certainly be nice to have in warmer weather. I’m curious if you noticed or were impacted by the room renovations which are now underway? Heading back to FSGV this December and hoping I might get to try out the new room product! 🤞 Can’t wait to see where your travels take you next!

Sounds like a great idea wanting to try out something new 😊 You might want to call to find out which rooms being impacted by the renovation - I think Front Desk/Guest Relations are more willing to tell you since you've already booked for December. So excited for you, safe travels, have great fun in Paris! And, welcome aboard!! 💚🌷💙

I don't know haha after all these times staying at both hotels I still don't have a definitive answer 🤣 Actually, yes I kind of do...George V gets an 8-1/2 and Ritz Paris an 8. Good question, Ian 😄Btw, which would you prefer - based on watching my videos/other sources?

Dear A! Is it ALL included / considered a tea menu or you ordered them as separate items? Couse it looks like a lot better teas service than any hotel in London...

I think a top sheet would have made a better presentation for your bed; just the comforter showing is a little off for a hotel of this caliber.

I see where you're coming from, you're into duvet? I don't hate duvet -- just don't care for the flat looks of the bed. So I asked House Keeping to peel off the cover of the duvet and leave just the inside comforter. That down comforter was of such high quality... smooth, soft and fluffy - so wonderful the whole bed rendered the aesthetics and feels as if you're sleeping among big white puffy clouds. Try it, you might like it. All in all I think my bed oozed luxury, yet warmth and snugness to boot. And so the hotel caliber in this case remains entirely intact - no worries. The other time when I did the same thing at Hotel de Paris in Monaco, the House Keeping lady told me she liked it better because the flat bed reminded her of the hospital bed haha

@katekeller1898 Easy, I lose some weigh before the trip, gain back during, et voila come back pretty much the same haha... Also, drinking lots of water and taking long & brisk walks while filming help tremendously. Cute comment! 😁🌸
