Has anyone else been suffering from headaches ? I have incorporated these videos into my bedtime routine when I can’t sleep and I have noticed an increase is headaches I’m getting. It is my period week also so could just be that , but don’t ask don’t know 😂

I danced near and in and sang to the ocean during the entire eclipse portal on Dockweiler Beach. Started on the sand and worked my way to the water. It was so freaking amazing. Sound can release a lot of emotions. If you have a lot of trapped emotions then it could bring them out all at once. It's usually a release. How are you feeling now?
