How Hawaii Was Stolen by the US | Stolen Paradise | ENDEVR Investigative Documentary
Profit, Pollution and Deception: USA's Largest Oil Spil: • Video
Hawaii was a recognized independent nation prior to January 17, 1893. On that day, the nation and government was illegally overthrown by the United States. Since then, the USA has illegally assumed control over Hawaii, turning the islands into Military Bases that threaten world peace. The United States claims that Hawaii was lawfully annexed as the 50th State. But in fact, the United States government signed a Joint Resolution of the Congress in 1993 that “acknowledges that the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii occurred with the active participation of agents and citizens of the United States and further acknowledges that the Native Hawaiian people never directly relinquished to the United States their claims to their inherent sovereignty as a people over their national lands, either through the Kingdom of Hawaii or through a plebiscite or referendum”

@Juan Gonzalez EXACTLY! Let’s both say it loud so that the people in the back can hear us. The hypocrisy of “them folks” is truly sickening. No empire stands forever and this empire’s time will also pass and will be forgotten. At best, it will be remembered for its godlessness and its brutality. They only come to new lands so that they can do what they do best: Steal, Kill and Destroy. Blessed be the People all over the world.

This should be taught in schools. I’m 73 and never heard my Parents, or Grandparents speak of this. I’m an American and this isn’t how we were raised. For a Country that speaks about not bullying others, we were the bullies. I’m crying…. The Hawaiian people, were torn apart. Apology bill, was useless. We owe so much to the Hawaiian people. The Kingdom of Hawaii was torn apart, over sugar cane, making money, all about the money. I’ve had the privilege to visit there twice. The people are kind, giving, proud. It truly was paradise. I honeymooned there in 1974. This history needs to be told, restored to it’s original government, that the Hawaiian people say works for them. Please make it go viral. Teach your families. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

Some nations recognize it as a sovereign nation, and others do not. China puts pressure on the world to NOT recognize Taiwan as a sovereign nation. So ask yourself, do YOU recognize Taiwan as a sovereign nation? And what demands would you make on China to recognize Taiwan as a sovereign nation, and further, how can you force China to recognize it?... fly to Beijing and protest there?

They are not big enough or strong enough to defend their land. This is sad and I feel for the Hawaiian people who just want to return to their roots but it's just not a reality in todays world. If China were to attempt a take over, who would the Hawaiian's call on for their defense ? U S A ! Why should we go to war and defend something we gave away ? Brothers and sisters of Hawaii the people of Puerto Rico share your pain. On July 25 1898 our archipelago was invaded by none other than General Nelson A. Miles a general who had killed over 300 nationals at Wounded Knee. The principal argument of the US government based on their racist Manifest Destiny is that people of color should not have the ability to govern themselves. The US military bombed two islands of our archipelago for 62 years Culebra Island and the Island of Vieques. until David Sanes was killed by a bomb. After years of protest we were able to stop the bombings at a cost. This coming July 25, 2022 will be 124 years of colonialism. We are still fighting for our Independence and as you know it isn't an easy affair. Our struggles continue and we will overcome. "Que Viva Puerto Rico Libre" "Hasta La Vivtoria" "Until Victory"

@@erickr.8977 If you are referring to the idea that Puerto Rico could become the 51st state, think again. The congress of the United States has made it very clear that there is no overwhelming majority for statehood. On September 23rd 1868 we declared the republic from Spain. We intend to continue our struggle for our Independence. In the colonial elections of 2020 32% of those that prefer statehood voted. Of that 32% a 52% voted for statehood and that initial # of 32% doe's not constitute the overwhelming majority. In the future if a recognized plebiscite is introduced by government of the United States there will be 3 options. Independence-Statehood and Associated Republic. Our nation will not op for statehood because our culture is to strong and we do not want to disappear or be incorporated into a racist nation like the USA. Ask the Republicans if they want to incorporate a nation of Mongrols as they call us and they will tell you NO. We are only good as a military bastion but you won't know that if you know nothing about our history. A history based on the right to be Free and Sovereign in control of our own destiny. The moon is closer than statehood.

I love to see documentaries like this making the rounds on KZread. It’s a story that needs to be heard. And sadly, there are too many stories like it. My family comes from Guam which was the first colonized of the pacific islands. (Although in this case is was Spain and the catholic church that colonized it before becoming a US territory.) The US surprisingly is not the enemy in this story, but that doesn’t change the fact that the culture is dying out. Only some of my uncles can remember the native language, and it’s a struggle to hold onto our ancient identity.

Water switched off. Sirens were silenced. No siren warnings. School was cancelled at the start of Aug. Most of those kids were probably at home, playing video games, watching TV, etc..... They would've had no warning before the fires engulfed their houses without the sirens. Police also blocked the only road out of Lahaina after emergency texts advised residents to evacuate in their cars. They sat, waiting to be directed to safety, in long lines of cars. These burned out husks, drivers obediently waiting for directions as the fires overtook them, can be seen on video shot by residents along the streets. There are tens of thousands of military personnel stationed throughout Hawaii. In disasters past, Aid & personnel were flown in as soon as the immediate danger passed. Still no deployment or assistance. F£MA employees are in expensive Hotels. F£MA employees talking about helping/assisting victims. Troops could build shelter, provide medical treatment, cook food, do recovery searches & clear debris. Why haven't they been utilized?

Although my ancestors hid in the mountains and canyons from Kit Carson's Calvary and never went on the forced "Long Walk" 1863 to 1867 to a concentration camp over 400 miles away near the NM Texas border where over 10,000 Navajo had been relocated our lands became property of the US Government and remains that way to this day even though the myth of "sovereignty" persists. There is no "sovereignty"everything we want to do on our land such as putting a fence up has to be approved by the BIA, the Bureau of Indian Affairs

As someone who live in hawaii for 22 years (82' to 04'), my perspective is that in hawaii mainly O'ahu we never had enough people in power that had a back bone to put hawaii first. Hawaii used to be fully sustainable from an agricultural standpoint. I have always felt that locals in hawaii were always easily scammed as long it was one of their own doing it to them. if your wondering how all the developers took over so much it because those who sold their land businesses were thinking short term not long term or generational. COVID accelerated the financial squeeze on the Hawaiian people and the local people to sell their land, houses, and business. There needs to be a plan in place to empower our young and brightest of hawaii. It needs to be like a 10-15 year plan to educate and mentor the next generation of Hawaiians and local people of hawaii in Engineering, Business, and Agriculture to create new innovations in businesses that will help the people of hawaii generational. Combining the Hawaiian culture and innovation to keep hawaii thriving and to educate the next generation to build and continue pushing this forward. Hand-outs will only goes so far but a plan to educate and mentor the next generation of engineers, entrepreneurs, innovators, is so important and even better for our future. More so, if they are home grown from the island as well.

@@kermitdfrogz my idea or suggestion was how to move forward in a better direction for those who still live on the island specifically for a sustainable better future for hawaiians and the local people of hawaii. Many people want acknowledgement of the atrocities and I get that. Its terrible what happened. It pulls on the emotions and to those that never heard that history before. No one seems ask how can we make things better. It always ends with no plan to move us forward with the end goal to lay the path for those who are not here yet to have a better life. Its necessary to figure out a way to move forward in better direction for hawaiians and locals still on the island because no one seems to want to move forward or seem to just stop putting in work beyond letting people no the tragedies of the past. Repeating what's already been said is the easy part. Building a sustainable future for those in your community will have a generational impact is where the real work begins. And it begins with a proper 10 year plan I think, in order to have a big impact.

Lol how would a small group of Whites far from their homeland slaughter an entire continent full of natives (they are really Polynesians and Asians who migrated to America-so called native Americans aren’t native to America, and Stone Age Europeans were first people to settle America-native Americans over ran the truely native population.. White people)? 1. Majority of Indians were dying off because an epidemic they had no immunity to. This is well before Disease Theory, so Whites have no responsibility for this. They couldn’t have planned it, and had no idea what would occur until it did. 2. Whites, greatly outnumbered, would ally with one native tribe to organize against a more hostile tribe. The so called native Americans did nothing but war kill enslave and rape each other’s tribes for 1000s of years before whites came back to America in numbers. It was easy to go to one relatively peaceful tribe, and say “hey these other Indians over there constantly stealing your women and horses and raiding your villages.. let’s team up!”. So whites merely out organized the “natives”. Cry harder. It’s not our fault they sucked.
