Once finalized, some Arcana Special/Super moves will be the main buff gimmick to allow Life Arcana grants the fighter life costing free gauge for second(s). Some new move can absorbs opponents’ health or/& gauge bar(s)

Nice job with the video! Its great that you covered the moves not shown on the command list so I'm sure this will be very helpful to many players.

@@GuardCancel So if Pistrix was playable in BBTAG, would her health constantly drain while she gets Cross Meter due to Parice or would Arc System Works alter that for her? What do you think of Pistrix and Parice so far?

@@93SuperSonic lol that sounds about right, she'd be the ultimate glass canon XD though i think they would need to adjust her (Parace) to work in a game as quick and offensive heavy as XTag. Overall I think Pistrix brings a fun new set of tools to a game thats already plenty diverse and is a blazt to play. But Parace definitely needs some adjustments to make her mechanics feel like less risk and more reward; but im not trying to bee too harsh on her now, as she's still in beta. I don't think Parace is "bad" just really, Really, REALLY gimmicky (atm) and I can see why they might have been overly cautious with balancing her as I could easily see her being straight up busted. Still, regardless of what they change, I don't see myself usung her as a main Arcana as she doesn't do anything that I enjoy having (like Ice's ground dash oe Halo's STANDDO POWA

@@GuardCancel That's true as the other's HP doesn't drain in BBTAG. Ragna and Celica can heal themselves (and Celica can heal others), but no one loses HP over time. Thank you for you thoughts on Pistrix and Parace. What do you think of Pistrix's character based on her win quotes? She doesn't appear to be an antagonist, unlike with Parace. Just cheerful, mischevious and ravenous/hungry. She's even friends with Heart. Hopefully her story mode will reveal things. Same with Dark Heart. I do want to know what she has against Heart. What do you think?

@@93SuperSonic Pistrix just seems like an excuse to re-insert Parace back into the canon after killing her off (like what they did with Angelia in order to keep Mildred around; though Angelia was far more chaotic neutral and the Halo is my all time favorite Arcana) Ultimate Pistrix's personality is simple but enjoyable and her wanting to take a literal bite out of everything and everyone is a cute quirk. I personally feel like Dark Heart (and especially Omega, if we ever get to see her) will have more "plot relevance" for all that's worth in this series (especially now, since we mighr never get a proper 4th main entry...) Either way, I welcome more anything in this underappreciated gem~

Now that is the parace I know of .

I guess the drawbacks are worth it if you're given the chance to use one of the cheapest boss in fighting game history?

was this made before xtend came out, or the first patch that fixed some bugs, wonder if the 236236e block after first hit is still a thing, but i've never seen it happen in a match. sucks they fixed the eko grow glitch where you grow to fill the whole screen and cant attack if you time blowback on level 3 activation.

can she use that super where parace cause the enemy poison slow dizzy at the some time ?

Not that I've seen, and I've tried every combination of inputs I could think of. Keep in mind, this is in beta right now, so things could change.

@@GuardCancel looks like they removed it by other super (I don't have AH3X). Original input was 214214+E as I remember (I tried Parace and Life Arcana in AH3LM).

That is high risk using this arcana . Is it worth it ?

It's hard to say definitely without more matchup experience, however, I personally think this is a VERY gimmicky Arcana. It lacks any real focus and everything comes with a trade off with questionable returns. Needing to enter a command to remove debuffs the opponent placed on you is kind of annoying since you're already permanently poisoned and don't want to open yourself up to a combo. The super armor Super is kind of redundant since you'll get delt twice the damage you would've received, and even if you don't take any, you still get knocked back once it ends, forfeiting any pressure/positioning you've done. Not to mention the reflected damage CAN knock you out. The Arcana Blaze is borderline useless outside of combos, but requires you know the optimal combo because you have such a short time frame, and will likely need a lot of your Arcana gauge as well. That all being said, this is beta, so things could change and I just think the devs were a bit scared of making her too powerful, so we'll see once the full game is out.

Soooo um... Steam Sale and all, I will be fine just buying Six Stars Xtend for Parace L'Sia, right? I do not need to buy Love Max?
