Steve, tried the risers yet? Got about 500 miles on mine. No more back/shoulder aches. Just the $40 2 inch type. Nothing fancy, no cable rearangement.

I haven't put mine on yet. I have a couple of more project that need priority. I'm glad to hear they are helpful.
