I am building this kit right now! I like Tamiya kits cuz they are not overly detail heavy or just too crappy!

Built 2 of these for diorama and thought them to be a great kit.

I love the steal wheels on the late Panthers and Tigers. For some reason it just makes the tank look meaner than it already looks in my opinion.

Correct, the machine gun port should be on the right side of the barrel.

@@doctormig2709 They come with metalpins so you don't have to cut wire. Drilling is usually not necessary as well.

Get the bottled ones.Spraying is a bit complicated

You can't get those FriulModel metal wheels anymore as far as I know, but if anyone has any idea where I can get a set of them I would like to know or any other metal wheels that will work with this model!

What do you mean?

One of the few Tamiya kits where they got details really bad. The road wheels are way out of scale. Steel ones are actually a lot smaller than the rubber rimmed ones, and Tamiya actually based their's off the rubber rimmed versions. Surprising they did that.

Well I am not that into ww2 armor modelling but I find this kit superb and really easy to assemble.About the wheels I have no idea.They look ok to me and with nice details too :D
