ANK Creative is also quite good, but that guy goes a bit too extreme for me, still nice to watch, though. And your right, a Plasmo & Laser team-up, would be great.

Wow - a perfect illusion of the real thing. When you see the photos of the finished model it is hard to understand it is 1/72 and not 1/35 or larger. Congratulations and thanks for a very very inspirational build. You make it look so easy, which it is so very far from. Like all true Masters.

Scale modelling of the highest order. Your work with the small detail is breath taking. Its hard to believe its 1/72. Last but not least truly high end visual presentation of the work. It feels like I am watching in the room.

The level of detail in 72nd scale blows my mind! For the diorama it might be cool if it was hauling a soviet tank like a T-34 or something that the Germans were evaluating, then the Americans got their hands on it after the war. Just to be different 😉

It looks amazing! You never cease to amaze me. Your models always look like they are a larger scale than they really are. However, as an ex-army wrecker operator, those winch cables are giving me fits. If I had ever let mine look like that I might have been shot for trying to sabotage military equipment.

Shep Paine would be proud. This vehicle was in the scratch build section of his book on how to build scale models. Nothing from the old days is even close to this. PE and tools and even the molding technology these days is far and above what we had in the 80s.

The way you want to do such a part is with a small torch, not a soldering iron. Low flame, super thin lead soldering wire (1mm or smaller) and you apply it in place from the wire, don't set it in place, that's not gonna work well with such thin brass. You also don't want to heat it for too long either, so if you have a heat gun that's meant for soldering parts unto PCBs, that's even better.

Amazing video as always! I had never seen this vehicle before and was surprised to hear it is a ww2 design. I would have guessed it's somewhere from the 50s-60s. Maybe I'm just getting sentimental here but what a statement of American industrial might it is that they could develop and produce something as complex as this for a behind the lines role. It really puts into perspective all the stories about German tanks having to drive large distances to the front from perhaps a train station they got delivered at or likewise. Excellent video and model! And for what should go on the trailer I ofcourse suggest a Sherman tank!

Hey Plasmo, amazing model. I learned soldering from a retired electrician so i wanna give you a little tip. You can easily use half to two thirds less soldering wire. Also if you want it to spread out even better, you can buy paste wich replaces the soldering wire online. Regards
