    Hey, a quick question please !! I have seen people adding glazer / polish that makes the coated nuts glossy and shiny what is that ? Where to find it ? Is it safe to use it ? Thanks in advance ❤

    Shellac or Arabic gum. It's bad for you. Wax-based stuff, painters use it but it's industry standard so we basically eat wax chocolate every time lol

    It's a panning machine. It spins a big bowl to evenly coat whatever you're panning. You can get small panning attachments for kitchen aid mixers.

    Hi !! I just use regular chocolate. Feel free to use white, milk or dark as you want :D

    Shellac or Arabic Gum for polishing the chocolate is what most professionals use. Most pans like these are part of a bigger machine that includes an air blower blowing air inside the pan and others spray nitrogen cryon spray for the chocolate to harden super fast without one ball getting stuck on another.
