The best scene has to be when The Man of Pan genuinely thinks about having a relationship with the woman who lost her purse. He rationalizes it, and just decides "Meh, kill her instead" Beautiful writing

This reminds me of the 'Horribly Slow Murderer with the Extremely Inefficient Weapon' short movie. The killer basically spends years killing his victim by slowly bopping him with a tablespoon.

Your movie may not be good in quality in terms of acting, story. However having it being about a guy with a pot on his head killing people with pans and even the funny moments of him is like the most redeeming thing for the movie and I love it. You did a good job on the movie

Panman getting assaulted by a salt grinder is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Also him dropkicking the punching bag got me good. This movie is awesome.

I unironically love panman’s design. Like it’s actually really good. It is the mystique, the style, and that unique feeling that you only get from the best masked characters. The way he carries himself and moves is enjoyable to watch and easy to read without seeming like overacting.

Panman is incredible and not enough people know it exists.

The guy who made it mentioned in a directors commentary video that PanMan actually originated as a high school student film in 1999, years later deciding to revisit the concept and turn it into a full movie. So it makes complete sense that it feels like a student film lmao

this movie doesn't even feel like "so bad its good" its just actually good cuz it seems like they just having a wacky fun time with the film

This movie looks like everybody in it had a ton of fun. I need to see this.

I think the idea is to make a very low budget, "intentional b movie" to secure at least some legit sales then the numbers are inflated while illegitimate money is pumped in so they can then claim the illegitimate money as legitimate taxable revenue but that's just a hunch. Tommy Wiseau's "The Room" might be the most notable example of a movie *suspected* of this scheme, whether or not it's true I don't know.

I misread the title as Pacman, and honestly after seeing the little sentient cheese wheel enact vengeance on the ghosts, I could see him as a slasher too.

They were totally originally going for the name pothead. Also look how fucking epic panman looks in that final sun backed shot. He’s like a dark souls character XD.

I need to see more Panman media. Imagine Panman the video game, Panman goes to space, Panman goes to Paris (the capital of cuisine), a limited comic series where Panman verses the Marvel Universe, Panman VS the Janitor from Willy's Wonderland. So many Panman possibilities

This movie feels like something you'd see as a film school project, and I love it so much. The cast definitely knew what they were doing, and the whole thing turned out to be so cheesy that it's good.

When I was younger my teacher thought I was faking my balance issues and to prove it she made me walk around with a pot on my head in front of the whole class to give me the attention I wanted. @@neliaferreira9983 Nah it's a condition where the nerves die off. Fear/Adrenaline and lack of eyesight gave the illusion I better balance. Those were the early days when the condition was taking root, put a bucket on my head now and I'll just wreck the wheelchair into a wall.

How is a Middle School teacher supposed to foresee my disability. Heck the town doctor miss the very pronounced C shaped of my spine. (Scoliosis is a symptom of Friedreich ataxia)

Oh dude, I feel like Elvis has some integrity when it comes to the sponsorships he accepts. So I hope he got an actual shed load of cash for this one.

The music starting at 14:00 is Dark Ages by Two Steps From Hell. It started as a song intended for the trailer music industry, but once TSFH began doing public releases it was released in the album Skyworld. All of their music is well worth a listen, IMO.
