He has to take off gloves to touch money which will tear them. The food they are selling will cost lot more and it would generate more waste. If a person is that concerned and can afford, they won't eat from a street food cart in those countries. They can eat in highend restaurants or even better at home. However kitchens in restaurants might not be cleaner from this guy😅. Reusable gloves will be almost same as washed hands if they are washed properly after use, but more cumbersome.

.There 80-20 ratio, you'll find cleanness and hygiene in 80% of the places. But youtube vloggers always shows the rest 20% because this is what people love to see and react. I agree even 20% is bad but that is changing very fast as well. Most of us avoid eating at those places where they don't maintain hygiene. We have plenty of clean options everywhere here

I was honored and privileged enough to indulge in this wonderful dish from this exact cart back on May 18th 2021. It was so delicious. I've had explosive diarrhea and oily discharge ever since, but so worth it.

Probably one of the cleanest food stands in a country where the majority of its people see cow dung as holy. LMAO.

Bank manager works in AC, has job security, works for a fixed time, has job benefits and pension, can take leaves if not feeling well. These guys work for full day, then have to spend hours preparing for next day, they spend money to buy more raw materials, work in every weather, cant take leaves without loss and dont have any security since people can lose intrest in pani puri any day and eat from other shops. Morever, they only live on what they work for and dont have PPF or pension. They also have to give money and free food to local goons and police for selling in their area. He probably spent years earning very little and gather regular costumers. Two completely different professions shouldn't be compared.
