When I just turned 21 my friend and I were drinking in his apartment with this one girl that was our mutual friend. She had a boyfriend that wasn't there. We all got wasted, and she wanted both of us to sleep with her at the same time. She really wanted it. I had a girlfriend, and I'm not into that, so I declined and walked out the room and slept on the couch while they went at it all night. The next morning she was my ride home. The regret she had the next morning scared me to death. She didn't file any charges, but it made me think if she felt like that with just my friend how would she feel if it was both of us. She would have probably felt like she got taken advantage of while she was drunk. I was so grateful that I had the sense to walk out that room that night. She drove me home, and she got over it cause they kept sleeping with each other like they were in heat, but I learned about the power of regret that night. Guys, a woman can be all for it Friday night and throw herself at you. Saturday morning she can regret it and tell herself you took it if she feels like a garden tool the next morning, especially if there's alcohol involved. She can destroy your life with the accusations alone. You should always use good judgment and protect yourself.

When the police don't take a complaint seriously, it's because they know in 90% of the cases that the person is lying, you can't go and say that you were raped and then refuse to have a forensic exam done, or say that you were raped and then refuse to be interviewed by a psychologist who will determine if it is true or not.

Accountability for the modern woman is straight up Kryptonite!!! Their emotions override reality, logic, reason and critical thinking. It's truly disturbing!!!

Rape is never a woman's fault, EVER!!! That being said a lot of men have in fact been falsely accused of Rape for many years. Whether that was a Student athlete who slept with a fellow student consensual only to find himself kick out of school and facing criminal charges ruining his life henceforth. If Rape is a serious crime then any false rape charges should be equally if not more serious!!! In my critical thinking mind if women really felt so strongly about Rape they would in my opinion want false rape accusers be burned at the stake!!! I once met a girl who was into me, and she said she was raped during her work time by one of her colleagues that was married. I got suspicious immediately and told her if you aren't gonna tell his wife and press charges im not buying it. She ended up digging such a bad hole for herself that I was unable to ever take her serious.

Had this same argument with my ex about women NOT reporting their supposed rape... It's the same problem as gun bans. Those bans only hurt innocent people, because criminals don't care about the law and will still carry regardless. Anti-assault laws + combined with police only do things after a crime is committed + 'man up' + women suing men for helping them leads to a very bad situation for ALL women. Consent is not simple. What can be fine one minute can be not fine the next morning the next day or next year. I've literally dated women that wanted me to have sex with them and I didn't and have them get angry when they didn't give me any kind of communication that they wanted to. For consent to be clear women need to start communicating their intentions. And I'm telling you from experience, even when I've said clearly before a date please don't expect so much as a kiss after the date, I don't do anything sexual on a first date, most men don't respect that. They even try without consent by catching me off guard and I've pepper sprayed someone for doing that. I advised every woman to make her intentions clear with pepper spray to the face. No to men these days means try again in 5 mins. Lots of girls will stop resisting because they don't want to be hurt so they just let him have sex as clearly he won't stop and is stronger than you. I have a strong feel there is a significant gap in the difference of definition between what is empirical and what is coming from the ladies: - After the deed is done any hint of regret felt would automatically classify that act as that. Regret from the lack of attraction or lack of commitment or lack of social validation ..etc. - Their fundamental need for virtual signalling and be disconnected from accountability/responsibility.

But now I don't believe any such claim at all, unless there's charges filed and involvement of law enforcement. Because people lie all the time, and when you give them a very powerful weapon that there's no penalty at all for misusing, every incentive to misuse, and everything to gain from misusing it, it's going to be misused. That is what humans do. Ultimately, you are exclusively responsible for your own safety. Because no one else can be. Putting yourself in an environment and conditions that subject you to grave danger has consequences. You cannot expect the world to be safe. I'm pretty sure men know committing horrible crime is wrong, and I've never seen one single man who wasn't utterly disgusted by such a thing, and didn't believe in violent retribution for it. Being hateful towards half the population isn't going to help you or build any sympathy towards you.
