*Procedure:
1. Fry the chorizo and cook the deboned chicken. Set it aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onion.
3. Add the vegetables - carrot, sayote, Baguio beans, cabbage.
4. Add seasoning granules and ground black pepper.
5. Combine the cooked chorizo and chicken. Mix well then set it aside.
6. In the same pot, pour the chicken broth. Put the chicken cube, ground black pepper, and oyster sauce. Let it boil.
7. Adjust the taste by adding soy sauce and sauce.
8. Combine the bihon and canton noodles. Mix well.
9. As you mix, the noodles will absorb the liquid.
10. Add the meat and vegetables. Mix well, then turn off the heat.
11. Serve on a platter with calamansi. Enjoy!
