I thought that making fluffy pancakes wasn't possible without baking powder, but this recipe turned out to be a life saver. I didn't have a whisk, so I had to use a fork instead and took around 15/20 minutes to get the yolks ready. But it was worth the effort and the wait, they were delicious! Thank you!

I mix the eggs directly without separating the whites. And add a little oil in the mixture. It looks pancake though😊. And the taste, yummy👌😋

Crack them normally into a separate and then get a spoon and fish out the yolks. You can also substitute the spoon for half of the shell

The egg white part is so hard i've been stirring all day more than 20 minutes already i sont have mixer or whisk, i only have fork😂

@@zerasurar it did work, but it take a lot of time, and its way harder, it took me 45 minutes to make the soft pick meringue, its not worth at a time though, its easy to just use an electric mixer that can take 3-5 minutes

Mabhonzoo no it’s really necessary to separate if you’re looking for a fluffy consistency

Used buttermilk, whole wheat flour and brown sugar - excellent! Next time I will substitute honey for the sweetener! Great recipe - my wife hates the taste of baking soda or baking powder.

@@millienjomo964 no you don't add anything. You just keep whisking, it takes a while if you're using a non-electric hand whisk, longer if you use a fork
