Ataman triggered the phoenix and it's flying again. The team's improvement is visible day by day and I see more room for improvement. Kendrick is a great addition, I see a game changer potential in him. Great to see a competitive Panathinaikos once again. I am a Turk and I am following Panathinaikos but it's not just for Ataman. Back in days when Panathinaikos winning trophies, I was following as well. Nothing new. There is something that perhaps many Greeks will have difficulties to understand but there were always followers and supporers of Greek team's in Turkey. This is sport and there are and were many people who appreciated Greek teams' successes, especially after some certain countries domination of Euro basketball. Official history is heavily distorted by the ruling powers but they can't change the truth of real life. I just wanted our Greek friends or i want say our brothers/sisters to know this. Hope the best for two countries and God bless Greece&Turkey.

In greece a turkish succesfull coach, not easy, big positive results for our country, i should love ataman, normal result. Fatih terim was successfull, but not continue and didnt try to to work another teams, or abroad. Ataman is king, he should speak about his psicology, we need to listen his psicology. I hope he doesnt come back turkey, 5 years greece, 5 years spain can be wonderfull time for us. Why not to madrid or barcelona.

Yes they are playing good basketball, watch few games and the team is good. The atmosphere helps but the fans are mostly loud when the team is playing good.sometimes works against Panathinaikos depends the momentum.

pao played against barca,fener (both away), opening night against osfp when our team wasnt ready. now if you call maccabi an easy game while maccabi is 4th with one less game played... and we lost both against osfp and maccabi after overtime. So the passable schedule has these 4 really difficult games out of the first 9. And a 5th one is against the 3rd on the standings virtus. Bologna's schedule for example was way easier thats why they have 6 wins.

Your basketball history is much smaller compare with Greek ones. Fener had Greek coach and also Galata had. No surpice ,we are used to seeing Greek coaches on foreign benches. But the point is that PANATHINAIKOS is above any persons. So Is a step up for Ataman to coaching a team with the size and history of Pana.

@@steliosg01s3 greece basketball culture looks more strong than turkish, turkish like little money, there is no culture yet i think, like saudi arabia football culture, there is cr7 but nothing else. For greece coaches at foreign countries are normal, but for us not, we have just ataman now, also in turkey there is no coach. Fenerbahce was succesful at obradovic time. We should create a culture, turkish basketball, but still its just money. Turkish football also same level, no culture, just money still. I love ataman, he is a man who lkve to open new hard doors. He worked at besiktas but he was gs fan, and was succesfull, later came to gs, later transfer to anadolu. And now in greece, hope, i think yes because in greece biggest 2 teams pana and olympiacos, so 100% he will win some champions in greece, eurolig depends but will be good story. Turkish in greece, it will be good for us, our relarion will be more positive, maybe another coaches from turkey to greece. From greece to turkey it s not big affect for us. I want ataman is successfull and create pisitive relation with greece. He is so strong turkish national blood, but he can create pozitif energy, it s more important for me. In basketball, coaches or basketballers culture we should create. Fottball we couldnt create. Fatih terim most succesfull coach, but just in turkey, no period abroad, any. Hope ataman create this
