This is a typical Ataman game. Choosing the right players for the game and take the most from those players. He chose 6 players that he thought he can win this game and literally pushed all those 6 players to their limits. His mentor Aydın Örs back in '90s was doing like so. An old school formula but works. Congratulations to Pana and good luck for the rest of the season

Thanks brother. About your Örs comment. Yes, but it can only take you so far. When you have a season of what? 63 games at least (34 Euro, 26 League, 3 Cup), about 80 at most, it can only take you so far. Having for example 3 centers, alright? Lessort, Antetokounmpo and Balcerowski. Lessort is used to playing 30 minutes per game, Kostas is playing 7, Balcerowski is playing 3. Last night Antetokounmpo was injured, and Balcerowski seems to be completely untrustworthy. Lessort played about 35 minutes. That's way too much and it might show long term. I just hope they don't burn out when it matters most.

@@DimShamrock What I meant about Aydın Örd exanple was; for some particular games, certainly not for entirety of the season. It wasn't a critique. Sometimes the coach have to go that path and sometimes it's a choice. You will see more examples from Ataman in upcoming games. Rotation is an important part of today's basketball but to win Ataman won't hesitate to push the limits of his trusted roster in his mind.

Una vez más el Barça de 2 caras. Pese a que Grimau no sirve para entrenar al Barça, estoy de acuerdo con Alex Abrines: los árbitros faltan al respeto al F C Barcelona. Tras la técnica a Ataman, permitieron defender ilegalmente a Panatinaikos (karate pres) todo lo que quisieron con un arbitraje ultra casero que recordó a aquellos arbitrajes de los años 1980 y siguientes... Y esto ha ocurrido en bastantes partidos de Euroliga. Contra el Barça todo vale.

Lessort and Sloukas made a clear block by only touching the ball, and the refs after seeing them multiple times still favoured Barcelona. Why? Because they wanted to push Barça to equalize the 8 points difference whatever happens. As such the referees stole a sure advantage from Panathinaikos at the last minute of the game.

Ρε πονεμένη Κουφάλα,τι πρέπει να πούμε για εσένα που εσύ έχεις κάνει 1/8 με Ισπανικές ομάδες και νίκησες μόνο την Valencia σφάζοντας την στην έδρα της...
