Panasonic Viera 42'' Plasma TV green LED blinking forever problem (TH-42PZ80LB)
After 5 months of happiness (I fixed a 10 blink problem • Panasonic Plasma 10 an... ), last week another bad thing happened. The two clicks are there and the red light is stable but when I press on the remote, the green light blinks forever and screen keeps blank. Fans are working. Tried to unplug the TV for some time, press the button on TV durring 20 seconds but no success.

I have just had the same thing happen with my 7 year old 50" Panasonic plasma TV (TX-50V20B). My screen is just black - no picture. I filmed the flashing with my camcorder and put it on KZread too ("Problems Switching On My TV"). Watching it in slow motion (x 0.25 speed) I counted 50 flashes before the green light stayed on. I think a component to do with the electricity input, needs replacing (?)
Amigo, apareceu ontem o mesmo problema na minha Panasonic, você conseguiu resolver? Ou pelo menos, identificar o que causa isso? Obrigado!

Hi, I don't know about this 5 blinks error code issue... My TV was repaired by following this kzread.info/dash/bejne/fp6kqa2acteemMo.html but after 6 months stoped working again. RIP!
If yuo have your tv switch on/off just clean it with precision cleaning agent
..Será que alguém na face da terra pode dar ao menos uma dica de como resolver este problema ??? a tv liga e fica piscando o led na cor verde direto e mais nada !!!

Samara Greco na descrição do vídeo tem um link de onde foi retirada a solução pra esse problema. Um link pra outro vídeo do KZread. Não é tão simples. Exige algum conhecimento de solda, troca de peças e etc.
