I have been getting videos in my feed all the time regarding the Villages. You made a video comparing the Villages to Sarasota and that came into my feed, and I just want to say that even though I haven't been looking at Sarasota, your videos are excellent and they are interesting and informative and I wanted to provide that positive feedback.

They are both quite large. And it seems they just keep growing.

My wife loved talon preserve. Divosta home was a little bland compared to toll brothers and Taylor Morrison. Great video

Hello Lisa. Thanks for doing these videos. My husband and I are hoping to retire in the near future in the Sarasota area. We are pretty sure it will be Lakewood Ranch but we have driven through Palmer Ranch and find it to be beautiful too. I love all these neighborhoods you feature in this video. My question to you is, Are there any 55+ active retirement communities in Palmer Ranch? You don’t specifically say any are but maybe you just didn’t feature those in this video. Please let me know! Thank you!

All Palmer Ranch neighborhoods have HOA fees however except for Talon Preserve non have CDD fees.

What are the prices for 3 bed 2 bath single family

Depending on the age and size you could find homes under 500,000 all the way go over 1m

Any rental restrictions in those communities?

Incredibly sterile cookie cutter architecture/ Micmansions. If your a Stepford wife or have an incredible lack of imagination you will love it. Most fun I have had there is watching people who think they are rich pick up dog turds every morning.
