Thank you. Does the amount of weight matter? Can you use strong bands? Inguinal hernia, does this move address the lower abdominal cavity where the hernia is protruding near the pubic bone? Thank you.

Great tips, do you add a good amount of weight? For me it was my first time and I set it to 20 pounds??

Do as much weight as you can. Overtime you can increase the weight. (No rush though. Focus on form!!)

2-3 sets, 5-10 reps each side
How about doing deadlifts and squats?
