And y'all should check the other video this man is asking zionists if they think what's happening to Palestinians (+20 000 k*lled by 🇮🇱) is a gen0cide. They all are as merciless as H*tler. @@SgtHawk13 A meaningful answer to this question is not as easy as it might seem at first. Firstly, the topic as a whole is complex and secondly, freedom of expression on this topic is relatively limited in Germany. If the impression were given that I supported H*tlers policies, German authorities would investigate my identity and I would be legally punished. This shows how much those in power today still fear H*tler, almost 80 years after his death. Knowledge about him is very superficial even among 99% of today's Germans and that was not much different during his lifetime, as he himself always tried to conceal his biography. A good way to understand H*tler is to read the works about him written by German intellectuals such as Joachim Fest, Sebastian Haffner and Golo Mann, among others. As far as I know, there were no declared N*tional S*cialists in my immediate family. When H*tler came to power, the population was initially happy that the chaos of the Weimar Republic and the great economic hardship had been eliminated, that the humiliation of the Treaty of Versailles had been revised and, among other things, reunification with Austria had been achieved. When I was young, I knew many people who were born at the beginning of the 20th century or at the end of the 19th century and who had experienced that time and H*tlers rule themselves. Ordinary people often do not understand the goals and consequences of politics, or only see it very late. It was no different back then than it is today. It is also often not seen how many Germans were oppressed or killed directly or indirectly by N*tional S*cialism - socialists, conservatives, believing Christians. I'm not J*wish, but I know that, like many Germans, I also have J*ws in my family tree. Additionally, my great aunt, who had a mental disability due to lack of oxygen during her birth, was euthanized. After the Second World War, part of my family was interned and killed in a c*ncentration camp in an Eastern European country where, according to the criteria of the UN Convention, a g*nocide against the Germans took place. H*tler failed completely. Measured against his goals, he achieved exactly the opposite of what he intended. By the end of his reign, Germany was more destroyed and powerless than ever before in its history. Destroyed as a state and at the mercy of its opponents. With the exception of perhaps 1648, at the end of the Thirty Years' War. Today, mentally and politically, Germany is only a shadow of its former self. Furthermore, the whole of Europe was swept into the abyss. The British Empire and the French Empire, among others, also collapsed during and as a result of World War II. Regardless of the external circumstances, H*tler, as absolute leader, bears significant responsibility for this. In the end, H*tler felt disappointed and betrayed by the German people because they were unable to carry out his plans. He only partially achieved one of his goals: Germany is still identified with him today. More than, for example, with Martin Luther, Johann Sebastian Bach, Karl Marx, Arthur Schopenhauer or Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen. It is also often not seen that before H*tler the relationship between J*ws and Germany was relatively good, better than in many other countries in Europe. Many German J*ws were ardent German patriots. In short, I try to understand the phenomenon of H*tler and I see him critically.

People forget very poignant things, such as the fact many of the 'laws' or bills passed by German parliament during NAZI regime were shaped by public sentiment, not just the crazed dreaming of a sole man. The scariest thing wasn't Hitler and it never is under any leadership historically.....the true horror was on the countless people including the public who enabled a party to have total power and a public that joyfully went along with the horrors of the Nazi party.

I've never really understood what drives the admiration for Hitler and the Nazis among Arabs and Palestinians. They shouldn't be generalized, obviously, but the phenomenon is very prevalent-enough for one to wonder if these people even realize that they were ultimately seen by the Nazis as subhumans (𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘯) and that their mutual hatred of the Jewish people wouldn't have changed that. They had nowhere to go except for Israel. I have nothing to do with Poland - I've never been there, I don't speak Polish and I don't have a passport other than an Israeli one. And do you really believe that the Polish government would take in millions of Israelis? That's just one example. People who came from some Arab countries after 1948 also lost their rights in those countries. There are about 7 million Jews in Israel, most of them have no other citizenship. This solution may be the most justifiable, but it is by no means simple.

Its a much smaller and more densely packed plot of land that is walled off with all points of entry controlled by outside forces. Even the fisherman arent allowed to go to far out. I think this video is from the west bank. which is less densely packed. Yea it does look pretty nice. That is why Isreal is stealing land and settling it. Doing everything they can to disturb life there. regular raids from IDF. Tearing up roads. illegal settlements. A current map of the west bank looks like freaking swiss cheese. And alot of the west bank doesnt look so nice due to the action of isreal. Like parts of Jenin USED to look pretty nice, now they look bombed out and wrecked by IDF.

I saw a video in Japan where they asked people to tell the difference between nAzi symbol and shinto, and many of them didn't recognized it, and some even didn't knew who the nAzis were even when they were their allies. Of course the terrible answers praising this horrible man are not justifiable. Though even some of them confirm their ignorance saying that they didn't know much about the topic or politics. Remember people can change their opinion when they get new information. I saw a Kurdish girl in a video explaining what Saddam Hussein did, and they were some comments telling her "they thought he was good, but now that she told them everything he did, they disliked him"

The majority either had no opinion or a clear answer that he was a killer, a tyrant etc. . It was obviously a question that was seeking a positive review of Hitler in order to justify Israeli actions and views towards Palestinians from both the video host and a disturbing number of commentators here.

When you think the U.S. are worse than Hitler, it is indeed very disturbing, He is not right of course, Hitler was not just one person. Prussian militarism existed for the most of a century, and antisemitism much longer. Hitler was the personification and culmination of how this hatred accumulated over many years. But Palestinians as well as Iranians have many understandable reasons to have this animosity against the U.S. I think the most reasonable answers came from the women and from some of the guys.

Not all Jewish people have that DNA, since it's both an ethnicity and a religion, but most have the matrilineal DNA who were part of that study, which proves that they are indeed Jewish/from Judea. So this is a nonsensical and pointless argument. Seriously, people... of all the thousands of cultural, archeological, anthropological studies that trace Jews from Judea/Samaria/Israel in Egypt, along northern Africa, in Spain, in Germany and in Eastern Europe, as well as migratory paths into Asia, on top of the DNA studies that I just mentioned.. we are still having this "debate"? Also disturbing that most are worried about answering the question with ease because of the laws regarding glorifying nazism in Israel (understood on both sides). Corey, perhapse next time you can phrase the question differently such that they feel more comfortable answering it. Like here, asking something along the lines of "If you know of him, what are people around you say about Hitler? Do they think what he did was good? or bad?" Learning history is not the source of the conflict, and doing so won’t solve it. One side believes the land is theirs by divine right, the other believes a version of this but also sees it as theirs by nature of ownership - of being removed from their homes by a usurping, outsider force, and with aspirations to rewrite this perceived wrong. One side wishes to dominate the other or rather dominate the land and wield the power to control it in their image. The other side wishes to return to a status quo that saw their group and ideology as rulers of the land, and as a sovereign people within a nation that represented them as people.

Although they are morally unjustifiable, their views on Hitler don't surprise me at all, since the only Jews they know about from the beginning of the last century exiled their people and killed them and are continuing to do so. It shouldn't actually surprise anyone that a forgotten and oppressed people can't feel empathy towards the ancestors of their oppressors. I was actually shocked that you found some people who see Hitler in a bad light or at least claim to do so. In parallel universe where Britain didn't create Israel, I seriously don't think that Palestinians or Arabs in general would view Jews any differently than their fellow Arab Christians, since that was actually the case before the twentieth century. Antisemitism was in the last 1000 years almost solely present among European Christians not Muslims or Arabs. Also Arabs in general have a thing for strong military dictators, maybe because they never tried democracy, they get impressed by strong leaders no matter what atrocities they commit. Many Arabs admire Stalin, Putin, Saddam Hussein, Napoleon or any Caliph that expanded well, but I think that's always the case for peoples in a similar situation.
