To someone who just said that this is not a good sparring, this sparring method helps them to become more focused, aware of the opponent's next attack, and enhance their mental capacity during actual fights.

+eazyb123123 sorry but this is not good sparring... no technique just trading kicks and punches. NO trapping, NO hooking, NO cupping, NO cutting angles, NO leading, NO jamming, NO feeding, NO slipping, No triangulation movements, NO programming, NO setting up your opponent. This is just a trading game. I kick you, then you kick basically thats all this is. Im a master muay thai Instructor and have trained old school and fought at a professional level. Im very disappointed to see what has happened to this sport and its not just this thai video is a about 95 percent of them. Their technique is very poor. I love this sport to death it has been a part of my life since I was 9 and I am Now 40. So don't get all upset. Keep training if you are, just some times I see this stuff and see what people write and it saddens me that they think this is good sparring.

I think it is to make sure you exhale as you strike. Your body will take in more oxygen, and making a grunting sound will help

It's only the weird sounds Pakora makes, I don't mind the other noises they make like 'OIII!'. I love Muay Thai and I even fought once, don't get me wrong...but I wouldn't be able to concentrate if people made the sounds Pakorn makes!
