He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.

सर मेरा वजन 95 kg hअब लगभग मुझको 80 ग्राम प्रोटीन रोज चाहिए 1 ग्राम प्रोटीन में 4 कैलोरी होती है अगर हम प्रोटीन के सोर्स को खाते हैं जैसे की मूंगफली चना राजमा इत्यादि तो इसमें हमको कार्बोहाइड्रेट और वसा से भी कैलोरी मिलती है सर पूछने का मतलब यह है कि हम वजन कम करना चाहते हैं और प्रोटीन भी मेंनटेन रखना चाहते हैं तो अगर खाद्य पदार्थ खाते हैं तो कैलोरी बहुत ज्यादा हो जाएगी इससे कैसे बचे कृपया सलाह दिजिए क्या हम वे प्रोटीन ले सकते हैं
