Painting the Cargo 8 Ridgehauler for Necromunda Ash Wastes! (it's the Land Train!)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

#necromunda #tabletop #mediocrehobbies
Just when you thought it was safe to return to the Ash Wastes...boom! Land Train!! I painted up this absolute behemoth of a model (after spending about 5 hours building it!!) and I am in love with it. This piece is going to play a huge role in future Necromunda games for me and I can't wait to either attack or defend it! Even if you haven't picked up this crazy model yourself, you'll probably learn a thing or two from the painting process so check out the video to see how I achieved the undercoat of rust before applying an "old" layer of paint! This guy has probably been back and forth over the Ash Wastes countless times so it's not going to be looking its best anymore! Hope you enjoy the video and make sure you check out the rest of my Ash Wastes videos to see how to paint up your gangs to play alongside it!

Did this over a weekend and it was a fun process. Used a ripped sponge on the orange rust step. The Cargo 8 was a fun model too, did it up with no spikes and guns. Very happy to have my own 40k equivalent of a rusty Ford Transit full of agents/baddies/bank robbers/unconscious traffic wardens.

Really good video and I absolutely love your content. I always feel like I can achieve a good tabletop standard after watching one of your videos, and I can't wait to apply the rust effect to my Death Guard units. Even when if the video is for a game I am not personally interested(Horus Hersey) in, your videos are super watchable and seeing you go through the process of painting up any miniature feels me with a good hobby mojo (Your tank stippling video made me change my mind on painting vehicles from something I dread to something I am quite excited to do). Would personally love you see you paint up all the 40k and Necromunda factions like you did for Horus Hersey as your videos are a great source of confidence to get things painted up and on the tabletop, but appreciate that's a huge ask. Thanks for all the amazing content.
