It looks like theirs and band on stairs around skirts and frames, unfortunately it's in emulsion, are floors included in that 1600 price??? Or is that a separate rate?

Must be annoying when you want a drink and kitchen is on the ground floor. Had a friend with a similar setup which was fine until they had a baby!
