I use all those products love them
Just did this myself on an Army Green Tacoma... same ceramic kit from Chemical Guys. Ceramic coatings are definitely worth it in my opinion. The 1 year old coating on my 4Runner has held up great. Water still beads off. Makes cleaning mud off much easier as well.
that paint color is awesome
That looks really nice. My blueprint Limited TRD Offroad is a dust magnet here in southern Arizona. I'm looking at just keeping it clean and may do a limited paint protection for it but probably won't invest a lot of time. The paint on my last Tundra lasted 10 years before the clearcoat started to go and I'm hoping this one will last as long.
I love how people say dark colors are hard to keep clean lol. It’s just as dirty as any white car on the road. It just LOOKS dirtier.

It's the blemishes and scratches that can ruin it for those who buy dark and really don't have the time to clean.
Would be interested in knowing what color or colors you would choose if you had the option for a do over. I find it hard to choose. Like the wind chill pearl or silver the red also seems nice.
Dang, wanted to see the results or a video shot of the entire truck after you did all that hard work. Beautiful truck nonetheless.

Yeah it rained the day after I finished so I didn't even get to see it all shiny and perfect!
Big truck to detail. Since you spent so much time on doing this I would recommend in a year or so you might consider using a graphene coating. Something like Adam’s Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating should last much longer.

Not familiar with it... what do you like more about that product?

@@DrivenCompanion The Adam’s Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating has a significantly higher amount of raw active ingredients. Adam's states it will last 9 + years... I am assuming about half of that. It's close to a professional product. One of KZread's highest watched detailing channels "Pan the Organizer" did a nice video on this product. The video is titled "New Adam’s Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating - What’s so advanced about it?"
Great video, love that color. Why arent u investing in ppf? Being dark color/a truck, be even MORE protected.

Hey Matt!
I wouldn't do this alone I dont have the time and energy to do 3 treatment to my big truck I'd rather pay
*FFS The left coast has gone soft! Another Millennial wearing Hand condoms to wash a truck?* 🤦♂🤦♂
Have a 22 tundra. don't plan on clay block, ceramic coat, or even washing it. well, let me walk that back. i'll wash the day i sell it.
That is not a real ceramic coating 😂 should’ve gone with Gyeon or CarPro. Chemical Girlz is trash 😂😂😂
