XPG-200-AO dual pail filling machine is a semi-automatic net weight filler with two air operated double diaphragm pumps, available for chemical, oil-base, water-based products, and food grade. Fill two 5 gallon containers in up to 7 seconds.
Diving nozzles allow for bottom-up, sub-surface, above surface, or top of pail filling. Touch screen controls allows for on-the-fly adjustments of pumps speed, fill weight, and nozzle behavior.
Automatic slowing of pump to "top-off" for increased fill accuracy.
