Man, the refs really let them play. They had to absorb 5 bumps on every trip towards the hoop. Paige, whose all around game is stunning, will have to add some upper body strength at the next level.

Azzi is the consensus #1 this year, Gatorade national player of the year her sophomore year and drew comparisons to maya moore while being called the best recruit her sport has seen in decades. @MissySampson1 They would have won it a month ago. The problem wasn't the skill and the team it was the lack of experience. No seniors on the team and the girl leading the charge was a freshman who got her regular season cut 10 games short. The juniors on this team haven't played in the tournament since they were freshman and when they last played they weren't in big roles as Napheesa and Katie Lou were doing all the dirty work. The only team I see matching up with them next year when they're a year older and more experienced is South Carolina. Stanford is a close second. The only reason Geno didn't win it the last 3 years was because of upsets, and the 2019-2020 team just wasn't talented enough.

Yep Paige and Azzi and three other top 15 players. But with UConn's current roster they probably won't start first year. Geno doesn't run his system like that. You have to earn playing time. Ironically SC had a better recruiting class than UConn. Can't wait to see those two play each other.

Azzi is a pretty ruthless scorer with an incredible jumper but right now Paige has the better all around game. Before the knee injury though it was probably Azzi

@@frankiek2269 That's not the Hopkins team. Paige has two teams. Her AAU team and her high school team which is hopkins which is the one that is undefeated. This team that she is playing for is her AAU travel team. You can see on her jersey that it's not her hopkins jersey. But im still sure that paige won.

I got a contusion a week ago just from falling on my knee twice even though I have messed up knees I would never wear a knee pad
