Bahut upyogi n prasangik jankari logic k sath diye sirji.... Vastav me middle class na chahte huye bhi loan k daldal fasta hai.... EMI k allawa extra paise jama krne bad bhi bank calculation 1_ 2 baki nikal hi deta hai... Bank Vale (computer system) ne kiya bol dete . Ses emi dena hi pdta hai.

Information provided is good but with some ideal predictions...... I really appreciate your efforts sir. I too have taken a home loan but its interest rate has gone up from 6.75% to 9.7% in 1 year..... so this concept doesn't work there............. But if interest rate stays constant then your concept will be excellent sir👍

Consider the depritiation of money which is more evident in last five years, by that time EMI appears as peanuts, income tax benifits. So please keep your payment tenure 20 years, dont strech yourself by paying extra EMI's, instead of this invest this extra money in share market or mutual fund.

Itr benefits only for few years till interest component upto 2 lakh. In 25 lakh only 5 years.

Good options but only question is if the person could pay more, then he would not have taken the loan for longer tenure. His interest and tenure would have come down that time only.

That's never case... Salary increase 10% p.a or job change 30-40% So nw additional money but Emi is fixed.. So u can pay those extra amount..

Very good question.. best example is mine.. I have taken Home loan when my salary was around Rs40000 ...i.e 3 years back... now my salary is increased..so I can opt for this option.

Right ganesh bhaiya lekin m room rent 12000 de rhi hu... Or room owner hr 11 month pr 15% bhdane ki b bat kr rha hai.... Or agr m 1500000 ka loan leti hu to mujhe every month 11000 ki kist deni pdegi or isme 20 saal baad makan apna hoga or rent vale m 20 saal baad b owner ka.... Or idhar s udhar saman shift krna alg s.... Ab btaiye mujhe kya krna chaiye.??

Lekin khudka flat lene pe building mentananance 1500-2000 pad sakta hai our ye dhan rakhe. Our flat ke chote mote Kam, colour saleme karna bhi padta hai. Kuch log bus EMI amount hi samazhte hai our badme khrcha badhgaya kahte hai.
