My Away suitcase comes with a laundry bag that contains the wetness, but I do keep a grocery bag as a back up. 😎

I packed my white sneakers and black ankle boots on the left side of my suitcase, and I wore my tall black boots. Since I was driving on that trip, I had my brown hiking boots in the back of my car. Loved your Germany video. I grew up there, my dad worked for the US military. Heidelberg was one of our favorite places to live. Thanks for the suggestions with Google translate. Even though I am fluent in French and German, it’s easy to miss something. Sorry you had to miss Strasbourg (the Venice of France, there are a few “Venice of” places that are delightful). Now I am concerned about rail strikes. We leave for 4 weeks in France and will rely on trains. Hoping there will be no strikes in June, but thanks for reminding me that can happen, will try to have an alternate travel plan, like a plane or bus. Happy travels! -Pat

I am glad that you enjoyed my Germany vlog. I am jealous of your time living in Germany! That sounds like an amazing life experience. Strasbourg is still on my travel list, so I will visit at some point. It is definitely good to be aware of rail strikes as it is not something that we are as impacted as much here in the States. Safe travels to France!
