Pacing tiger in London Zoo
Үй жануарлары мен аңдар
One of the two tigers at ZSL London Zoo that was pacing around. Never saw the other one, unfortunately. I don't know if the pacing and noise was some kind of "don't you come any closer" warning to the small crowd watching him/her or if it was stress, or even distress. I hope it wasn't any of the last! :(

Pacing is a sign of psychological problems from being held in captive from a lack of stimuli and space. Poor creature.
Beautiful. Bit more lively and noisy than the one in Dublin Zoo.
I went t the zoo today and saw a tiger pacing in the exact same area continuously and crying out, it is a sign of distress when an animal paces around back n forth, this doesn't happen in it's natural habitat... I just hope it wasn't the sam tiger. :(
I went to London Zoo and thought it seemed pretty okay for a ZOO! The tigers are not there at the moment due to a new enclosure ebing built (I think) but from the footage above it shows that encloure looking very small.
