Top-notch review of an airline I'd never heard of. Cold cottage pie is a crime!

we flew with TUI in January for our P+O Cruise . Fellow cruise pax didn't have a good word to say about Maleth . They apparently ran out of food drinks etc and the toilets all broke .....

Fortunately the toilets didn't break on this one, did they fly from Gatwick? That route seems to have had the worst luck when it comes to problems and delays.

Nice to see a very balanced and honest review of Maleth Aero. Many previous reviews have focussed on what went wrong... perhaps you were lucky, but they were punctual and got you to your destination safely. The meal looks comparable to what TUI would serve in economy class on the same route and whilst the crew didn't sound proactive in offering drinks, those who wanted them could get them (until stocks ran out anyway!) You followed advice to bring your own entertainment. Granted Maleth Aero isn't a premium experience but it does look like they're trying their best to deliver for P&O. Thanks for your honest review, look forward to your next video.

If it's a flight chartered by P&O the food and drink on board was specified by P&O

Yes I believe it would be, which wasn't a bad thing the food was nice. Just not even warm.

You took off safely, you landed safely, you were fed twice and had plenty to drink, can't really see what there is to gripe about. Could/should have asked for a warm meal maybe?? Lots of airlines/aircraft don't have air vents either. By "you" i mean anyone and everyone.

Hi, you are quite right maybe I should have asked, but by then it was too late. As I've said the flight as a whole was good and I think I've been fair to them with my comments. I've seen some comments online and they are totally unfair and unjustified.

Plus a .massive delay at lgw which was due to rubbish aircraft and a very uncomfortable seat 20 odd Yr old

What was the cost of the charter Air fare?

Hi, It was part of a package holiday so I was unable to make out how much it cost. Because if you removed the flights from the holiday the price was still the same.

They dont pay their crew and do not respect the contracts plus the aircrafts are foulty, they lost 2 contracts in one year cose of this...

Imagine going on a luxury cruise and being subjected that that poor excuse of an airline - I wouldn't do it

I wouldn't say they are that bad, the service on board was very much comparable to other airlines I've been on just minus the in flight entertainment

Not enough beverage for everybody on board and you take THREE beer? Even if there were enough, I think nobody needs three beer! Especially not on a flight. Sorry.

Bull shit review was there any USB points ? remember you are paying for this flight 9hr and no choice of moves to pass the time.

In answer to your first question, no there aren't any USB or power sockets on the seats. Yes in terms of modern long haul travel it's poor. However P&O were very up front when confirming your flights that there would be no in flight entertainment, it didn't come as a surprise.
