Bahut hi best hai yeh yoga for lower belly fat.. i notice the difference by doing this only in two months (more or less 3 -4 times in a week... )

This is good.If a person does yoga , but does not stop eating Biscuits , Bread wherein Gluten is the ingredient, then doing Yoga for belly fat will not have any effect.Side by side ,you must give the food intake to be taken which will help the yogabhyasi .

Thank you very much for clarifying everything. I attended yoga classes and instructor made me do raised legs exercises for 30,60 and 90 . While I was uncomfortable and more importantly I had C section. 🤐 Although my son was about 16 at that time.
