Jaisiyaram आप बहुत अच्छा सिखाते हैं, मैं आपके वीडियो देख के exercise करती हुं, घुटनों मे और वेरिकोस वैंस का बहुत ज्यादा दर्द रहता हैं, जैसा आप बताये वैसा प्रयास करती हुं, थोड़ा रेलिफ् फील भी करती हुं. मेरे thois भी मोटे हैं.

Guruji mera वजन कम नही होता यह बढता ही जा रहा है मेरी आयु 56 साल है मै योगा रोज करती हूं आपके vedio देखते हैं सुना है एक समयके बाद रुक जाता है वजन की वजह से मेरे पैरों मे काफी दर्द रहता है बहुत कोशिश करने पर भी कोई फर्क नहीं पडता कया कारण है कृपा मार्ग दर्शन करें ,,
